I had an outstanding experience with Hadi, and will recommend him to everyone I know.

My sewer line was blocked, rendering my plumbing useless. Hadi came out right away and unblocked it. the price was very reasonable.

I also needed my septic tank pumped out, but the access was under my concrete driveway. Hadi sawcut the driveway for the pumper to clean it out. The concrete patch was very well done.

WARNING TO THE CONSUMER:

Of course there is no allowance of a zero rating. If so, it would be very well earned.

For many months and just recently, after calling this company leaving a number of messages, we requested a call back when the message was left that our plumbing system failed. This was also left with the answering service company after hours. With very poor business ethics, the owner or anyone had not even extended the courtesy of a response thus leaving us hanging.

WARNING: Reading the above, there is a warning to the consumer. If there is no courtesy of a response of any kind when when in need, what will you be up against when their work fails and you need to get in touch with them?

This is nothing less than, let the buyer be aware. Best recommendation, stay clear of this company before your plumbing issues turn out to be the least of your problems.

I have used All American Plumbing and Repair for several jobs at my home. They have diagnosed and repaired a blocked sewer line, installed a new garbage disposal, installed a re-circulating pump, repaired drains throughout my home and recently they completed a full re-pipe for a relative for which they did an excellent job. This company is reliable, very reasonably priced and does excellent work. Everyone I referred to them has been extremely satisfied. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

We had a water heater that went out. Called up All American (they were referred to us by Arrow Appliance) they did set an appointment to come out the next day. When we described the problem, we were told what parts we needed and they told us that it would be better if we went and got the parts (one of them was a pilot assembly) ourselves. I thought that was pretty strange, as I've never had to do that before.

The plumber, Ben showed up on time and changed out the pilot assembly. He said we did not need the other part that we had purchased. We were okay with that because we were told when we scheduled the appointment that that might be the case.

Shortly after Ben left, the hot water heater stopped working and the water was ice cold again. We made two or three calls back (and left messages) and we got no answer until the following afternoon. Unfortunately, this was after we had to call and pay another plumber to come and put the other part we purchased on the water heater - just as the plumber who showed up from All American should have done.
When we spoke to the owner and explained what happened, he apologized and told us that Ben should have waited at least a half an hour to 45 minutes to make sure the other part was not needed. He told us that he was really sorry that they did not do their job properly and dropped the ball. He offered to refund 1/2 of the money we paid as compensation. He went as far as saying because we paid in cash, he would send the money to us 2nd day air.
Even though we were frustrated, we thought that was really great that they acknowledged responsibility and offered to share in some of the expense we were out. However, it is 3 weeks later and we have never seen a dime, or had any of our many calls answered or messages returned.
Needless to say we were and are very disappointed and will not recommend their service to anyone.

As an animal shelter manager who frequently needs plumbing assistance at a moments notice, I can't express enough how amazing All American Plumbing is. Hadi has been there for us for every emergency and is an all around wonderful guy. His rates are very fair and he understands well the limits of a non-profit.

This is my new plumbing service from now on. I can't say enough good things about them!

I had a corroded pipe on my house's second level that was spraying water under the sink, and a previous company that came out said that they would have to knock out a section of the wall, replace the entire pipe going down to the ground floor, and quoted me an amazingly high price that I could not afford.

1. Hadi came out with another gentleman and first of all, they were so very polite and friendly that I felt very comfortable.

2. They were able to replace just the corroded elbow joint, instead of the entire system, and it only took about 15 minutes!

3. The price was 10 times lower than the other company! They were so helpful and understanding about my financial situation that they were honest enough to do the minimum required, but did a great quality job. It's weeks later and there is not one leak coming from that pipe.

I would recommend them to everyone who wants great quality, friendly service at an excellent, honest price! Thanks guys!

Hadi was great he came to my house diagnosed the problem and fixed it,turned out to be a drain leak under my house.He only did what was needed to be done to fix the pipe,and did not try to sell me any mayor work.

I had a tankless water heater installed by All American. They were 600 to 800$ cheaper than everyone else I called and the heater wasn't one of these cheap basic models you get from Lowes or Home Depot....so far so good....but the best peace of mind for me was when the city inspector came by and was impressed w/ their work.
Thanks Hadi, great job....will definitely use All American again....
