My water pipe for my shower in the master bedroom started leaking threw my ceiling into the kitchen. (....after a month earlier putting in new drywall there...) I thought at first it was some water I spilled or ice cubes I missed from all the coolers of ""liquid refreshments"" on these hot summer days but no it was the shower as I discovered. so I called Tim to do the work! This happen this past Friday the 14th of July and it was the 11th time over these years I have call Tim of All-American Plumbing and HVAC. (...of which he installed all new ones for me back in 2016-17...). Why? cause he is a PROFESSIONA! Answers his phone, comes to the house at the scheduled time and if not will long before call you that he might be late. He is upfront and honest, will give you a fair price and while there at your home will always keep you informed on any ""surprises"" that may pop up. He has done it all for me at my house from small to big and installed a new pipe and fixed it in about a hour in a not easy spot for him to do it. DON'T use anyone else! FAIR, HONEST, RESPECTFUL PROFESSIONAL MAN and business, thank you Tim and his son Noah that works with him now, I appreciate it!! It's not 5 stars, it's 10!!

Is there any way I can post negative stars? This is one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with in my life. They overcharge, take advantage, and have no idea what they're doing. Our landlord had them replace the old boiler system as it was having some issues. Since they put in the new one the heat has never worked properly. They said the house wasn't insulated well enough, so our landlord had someone come out and install more insulation. Still, the room temp would not get up to the thermostat setting of 70! The kids bedrooms were freezing, and one of the children has brain cancer, so that's unacceptable. After many failed attempts of them coming out and trying to fix it we decided to finish out the winter with electric heaters, instead of having our landlord keep paying them. So here we are again, cold weather starting and no heat. A different, more reputable company will be here today to take care of the problems with the new heating system. Not only were they unprofessional, and rude, the text messages I received were so unintelligible that you couldn't begin to decipher what in the heck he was saying! And to top it off, the owner gossips behind your back. A grown man, gossiping like a teenage girl is not someone I want in my home making repairs. I also noticed when anyone writes him a bad review he's full of BS excuses and lies. I have no idea how they got a 4+ star rating.

UPDATE: After the other company came out we found out we've had a gas leak in the basement from the new boiler system, probably since it was installed. Also the reason the heat has never worked properly was bc of a three-way valve that was defective. If the boiler system was installed by a reputable, knowledgeable company that knew what they were doing that would've been taken care of shortly after install, not almost a year later by another company.

UPDATE: Heat still has never worked as it should. Come to find out when the boiler system was installed the wrong size piping was used. Some other issues as well. What a huge mess they made!

Apparently the owner of this la me company reported my review to Google so it can't be seen in there. Truth hurts.
