Jaxon M.I'm old school and do not believe texting is appropriate business practice. I explained this to the person I spoke with last week. Told them not to text me for my appointment. They failed a simple request from a customer. So I have them a 1 star review for failure to follow instructions.

Really appreciate their communication (texts when service was arriving), called when was onsite and handled the problem in no time. Highly recommend this company.
