Our children clogged out toilets with a toothbrush and lots of paper we gather after having all American plumbing come out. Stephen had great customer service. He didn't quit until the job was DONE. He had to come out the following day to run his wire through one of our toilets again since it decided to back up again. He was very kind and didn't want to leave without reassuring himself and us that it was good to go. Thank you Stephen for your hard work and answering all of our questions. We appreciate your service and we will definitely be calling you guys again for future service.

I had a plumber from another company come out earlier in the day. He tried clearing the main line and ran a snake 17 feet and could find nothing. He didn't even try to unblock the tubs. He recommended hydro jetting which his company does not do. So with the help of Google, I found and called All American because their website said they do hydro jetting. Stephen from All American just left my house. He was here for about 3 hours. Not only did he clear the clogs in both tubs but cleared the blockage in the main line through hard work and determination without the extra expense to me for hydro jetting. Steven was polite and professional. Would not hesitate to contact them in the future. Thanks, Teri

Our HVAC furnace igniter went out in the middle of the night on one our colder nights in LB. I tried troubleshooting it myself to get it fixed but didn't have the part needed to complete it.
I was a little hesitant to call local and being that it was on a early Saturday morning I didn't want to pay the OT for the service.
Being that it was so cold out, I didn't want my family to not have heat for the weekend. I called All American Plumbing at 6:30am and within a half out had a call back from the owner. (I'm in the industry, trust me, owners don't usually make the call.) Lamont said he could have somebody here by 9am and by 8:50am Leo was at our door. Lamont said there was no OT fee, just the regular service fee. That was impressive!
I regaled Leo with my construction experience which was probably more of a distraction for him than a service. But he listened, interacted and was able to get the part needed installed and the furnace up and running in no time. He probably could have got it done faster but again, I don't get to talk construction with many people at home so, my apologies.
In the end, furnace is running, family is over making tamales in a comfortable warm house and life goes on.
Thank you All American for your customer service and professionally trained employees. I highly recommend your company!

Outrageous prices!! A bathroom faucet that costs $70.00 at Home Depot, they charge $377.00 for the same faucet. They charge one hour of labor to change the faucet. They bill labor at $271.00 per hour. $641.00 to change a $70.00 faucet. What a potential rip-off. I refused the job, and they then wanted $49.00 because they came out to bid the job.

Scam alert ****my 86yr old mother had bought a 2 yr warranty on her home air conditioner and received a ""free tune up"" notice in the mail. Her air conditioner was working very well. After the employee left her home I noticed the air was not coming out cool at all. The temperature went from 78 to 86 in no time flat. She had not been having any problems before the employee took it apart. He came back to her house and informed her she needed to purchase a part costing almost $500.00. I knew it was a scam or else it was the employee's fault for tampering with the unit. They ripped her off for close to $500.00 **** I would never trust this company ever again !!!!!

I called 2 other plumbing companies.. whom never answered their phones, before calling All American Plumbing. They answered their phone promptly. I told them my problem and they had a technician out to my house in an hour. We thought we may have had some major damage, but it turned out to be something small. Thank God. Our technician, Kyle Climer, was very knowledgeable, fast & described our issue with our problem and got it fixed pretty fast. Great service, I highly recommend them!!!

Great service, friendly techs and they warranty their work. Their upfront pricing is nice because I knew exactly what the work would cost before any work was done. There was a diagnostic charge for them checking out my plumbing but it was waived because I had the work done. I am a repeat customer and have referred them to my friends and family.

They ripped me off. Took advantage of me cause i needed it done and they knew it. $466.00 to hook a 6 inch piece of pipe to the end of the garbage disposal and put a new basket drain on the other bowl of the sink. Thats all they DID!!! Then they wanted an additional 400. to install an new faucet! Thats when i said to go fly a kite. It took the guy about 1 hour to do the work with about 8. dollars in parts. I Will never use this guy again. USE SOMEONE ELSE!!!
