I had water leaking outside of my house, it turned out my heater was the problem. I was referred by someone. He said he has a friend who does plumbing, that he's real good and reasonable. WELL THAT WAS A LIED!!!!! They came to my house without talking to me about how much it was gonna cost. And He just started replacing 2 screws and charge me $150. And then when he left the problem didn't go away, the water was leaking again. So I called back and then he claimed that there must be something else that caused it and he would charge me almost $300 to fix it. The whole thing was just so messed up. I even talked to the owner he didn't even do a damn thing about it. What a way to do business huh? Needless to say my problem wasn't solved by them. so I had to call another plumbing company to come and fix my problem. Don't ever do business with this company they are terrible. They just want to take your hard earned money. They think we must have a money tree in our back yard.

Glenn Plybon installed a water heater at my house in 2011 in Athens, GA. He did NOT install it to CODE. I only found this out because there was a service interruption between tenants and Atlanta Gas Light refused to light the gas water heater because it as not up to code. Upon being informed of the problem, Mr. Plybon went out and re-lit the water heater AND CHARGED ME ANOTHER $85 for the privilege. When I told him he had to bring the water heater up to 2011 code, he insists, against two other contractors' advice and Atlanta Gas Light's binding statement, that it is up to code. DANGER! DO NOT HIRE!

They always have very fast service, and affordable rates. We know who to call when we have a water leak. They helped us with a leaky pipe over the kitchen. They came out immediately and fixed the problem before we had much damage.
