I requested a quote from Robert, to repair my elderly mother's shower. I take care of my mothers affairs from California and my mother is in Florida. It's very difficult to find someone who is honest, accommodating, clear communication and delivered what he promised in a timely manner. Robert delivered. Both my mother and her caretaker very happy. He was polite prompt cleaned up & didn't try to upsell or artificially inflate the job. It's nice to know that there's a trustworthy plumber that I can depend on when my mother needs help!

Update 1/14/18 - I just called Robert with what I thought was going to be an expensive plumbing issue to schedule an appointment. Before doing that he explained to me how I might be able to fix it myself before booking an appointment. 15 minutes later and it's fixed and I've saved a couple hundred bucks. Robert is a true professional. Would give six stars if I could!!

He's aways given me smart recommendations too. I've dealt with Douglas Orr and others and they're ok... But this guy works on your house like it's his house... And that's hard to find.

Fast reliable and very reasonable prices. Second time I called Robert for a service. The first time was to replaced an old gas tankless water heater at my moms house and he did an amazing job and charged the exact amount he quoted. I would recommend Robert for any kind of plumbing issue.
