When my kitchen sink started leaking I contacted Rob and he called me to discuss the issue. He was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about saving me money. He spent some time guiding me through the process of diagnosing and fixing the issue myself in order to save me the cost of a house call. Though I eventually needed him to come out anyway, I really appreciated this gesture. He did a great job on the eventual repair and was friendly and professional through the entire process. I was staying at my vacation condo in Aventura this week and developed a leak under my kitchen sink related to some damaged parts that needed to be replaced. I called Rob at AM South Plumbing and he was able to to start the process immediately via text and email, it was very efficient and convenient. We were able to set up a service visit for the next day and he was very helpful in answering all my questions. Rob was very professional, patient and knowledgeable and completed the repairs in a clean and timely manner. I'll definitely use him for any future plumbing service and highly recommended him.

Before Rob had come out we had a previous company come out and attempt to remove and replace a cartridge in our shower. They tried for about 30 minutes and informed us that there was no way it was going to come out and the entire valve needed to be replaced and it could cost $700 to do. We called Rob for a second quote. He told us he could get the cartridge out and quoted us at a fraction of the price. He arrived and it took him about 10 minutes to remove the cartridge!! We were extremely relieved that it was possible and we didn't give in to those other guys so quickly! After replacing the cartridge he realized that the problem was still there (we weren't getting hot water). He informed us that he was going to have to cut into the wall and get a deeper look at the pipes because the problem was likely in there. He stayed true to the quoted price and did not leave until the problem was fixed (this was very much appreciated because the last guys not only did not fix the problem but left once they gave up because they had """"other houses to get to""""). We now have running hot water and are so happy to be writing a great review! Rob is proof that if you want something done right choose someone who takes pride in what they do and stays true to their word!

I called Rob because of the amazing reviews.He came to my house right away and said that since my toilet was old he had to search for the parts online and that he couldn't fix it that same night. I told him it was ok and to take as long as needed especially since the parts had to be ordered.But I waited and waited..almost 3 weeks went by and no reply from him! The worst part is that I would text him and he reads the messages and doesn't answer! If you're going to ignore someone do yourself the favor of deactivating read receipt.I would have appreciated if he would have just called me and said that he couldn't do the job.I ended up calling coastal plumbing of brickell and he fixed it in 2 hours!
