Great experience! Called Robert in desperation after months of smelling sewage every time I did laundry. Came home on a Monday afternoon and the smell was unbearable. Found him on Yelp, gave him a call, he was at my house 8:30 the next morning. He detected the problem within 15 minutes...septic company and handyman couldn't figure it out but Robert was like a detective and fixed it perfect. I tested it out and did my laundry for a long time today and no smell at all! Hooray!!!!

We had an emergency later in the evening and after calling a few plumbers we were able to get in contact with Robert. He was very pleasant and quick. He explained the problem and fixed our problem. I would highly recommend them. They are amazing!

Robert is fantastic. On a holiday weekend, he offered to come to my house at 9:00pm to fix my water heater. Robert is a true professional: responsive, prompt, reliable, and knows exactly what he's doing. Ultimately my issue was an electrical one and Robert came out a second time to double check and verify that was the issue and gave me ideas to resolve it. Robert is the only plumber I will use in the future. He has returned every message I've left for him (and has done so very quickly) and he has followed up to make sure I've been taken care of. I will gladly and confidently recommend him to my friends. He is excellent.

I ended up calling Rob to come out because my husband and I were getting the run around from condo HOA. He was very thorough and did everything he could to try to remedy our situation but it is a issue that the condo association will have to fix. He even went down and talked to the Association President and explained the issue and then wrote up a report and sent me a copy as well as the Association President.

I found this company on yelp and decided to call because of the great reviews. I was not disappointed. Rob came out on the next business day and solved our problem. Price was reasonable and he took the time to explain what were the possible causes of the problem (tree roots in our pipes?!!!) and even better yet told us how to prevent the problem so we could try and avoid the problem from happening again. Very nice fellow.

Robert is one of a kind. He is prompt knowledgeable maybe not the cheapest but the Best in south Florida. You can count on him to complete the job show up on time and lead u in the right direction for any plumbing and associated services that he can help you resolve. I did not have any hesitation to have him move forward with a job that he was doing as I had already known what the basics of the problem involved and he was right on. We had an excellent first experience with Robert during an emergency situation. He handled that so well that we had him look at additional plumbing work needed for the renovation of our house and rental unit. Robert quoted a fair price and did amazing work. I don't know very much about plumbing, but his work is actually a thing of beauty. Pristine copper pipes expertly leveled and crimped. Not only was the work perfect, but Robert went above and beyond on this project. He truly impressed us yet again. We would recommend him to everyone...and we have!

I am compelled to validate all of the other 5 star reviews in reference to Robs professionalism & moral compass. He quoted me a time that he would be out and a price for services. When he saw that the work required might need more time & material he honored his verbal quote and only charged me what he said he would originally do the work for. It's nice to see that there are still honest people around not just out to take advantage of people.
