Highly, highly recommend All American Plumbing. Will be calling them the next time I need plumbing repairs or installations. From the time I called to request initial information and schedule a no-cost appointment and assessment, to the assessment and then actual work, my experience with All American was 5+ stars.

A special shoutout for Jojo (Joseph C.), who came to assess and then replace our water pressure reducing valve / regulator as it was no longer holding the set pressure, as well as flush our tankless water heater and add a neutralizer. I'd say he certainly went above and beyond. He clearly answered all my questions and educated me on what work he would be doing and what he advised (some were optional things we will tackle in the future). Professional, super friendly, and I never felt like he was rushing things. The installation around the pressure valve and water heater appeared nice and clean.

I'll be recommending All American Plumbing, and Jojo, to my family and friends in the area.

My 95-year-old mother had a couple warped hardwood floor planks by her dishwasher. We called All American Plumbing and Lance and Charlie came out to check for any leaks causing the warping. They were super kind and helpful! They checked for any water leaks, not just in the kitchen, but throughout the house, free of charge. Fortunately, we didn't have any leaks, but had great peace of mind after they came to check everything out. Couldn't recommend them more!

I had an outdoor gas leak due to a poor plumbing job done a few years ago by a competitor plumbing service in the area and regret not getting things done right the first time with All American Plumbing. I have used AllAmerican Plumbing on numerous occasions and they are an outstanding company. Last week I had the pleasure of having Joseph Cuevas (JoJo) unclog a drain for me. We received exceptional service from the first phone call until the final installment of our water heater. Ryan Nash was our technician and he was wonderful. He was extremely customer oriented , friendly and professional. Ryan helped us choose the best water heater and we couldn't be more thankful. It was after 9:00PM and Ryan went out of his way to return our old water heater to Home Depot so I could receive my refund. We would recommend this company to everyone In need of their services.

We just moved to Poway into a ~50 year old house and we noticed several problems. Lance and Charlie came in like a dynamic duo and quickly diagnosed and resolved issues. It was a great relief to get their expertise to get our bathroom up and running in no time, and learn how we can proceed with some the less urgent issues. Not only that, we got a discount for being first time customers. Such a nice feeling knowing we have a trustworthy and competent plumbing company available. We can't say enough - highly recommended!

Ian and Brandon replaced a bathtub faucet today that had rotted out. They couldn't have been nicer or more professional!

They wore booties to protect floors and worked quickly for a fabulous job!

In addition, Ian gave us a free whole home estimate and advised us that at some point we might want to replace all the old pipes under each sink, which have a higher risk of failure. Zero upsell and zero pressure. We will definitely do the pipes later in the year and will absolutely call All American Plumbing again for our future needs.

Pricing was reasonable, work was excellent, and they came the same day we called. Was advised they are available 24/7 for emergencies which is good to know.

Thanks for great service and an easy transaction. Oh! They also gave us a military discount!
