I just had Nick & Gabriel come assist with 3 separate plumbing issues & they were able to fix all of them within 1 hour time. They were considerate and explained everything they needed to do in detail. The Yelp $30 for $75 was a nice bonus, though their prices were affordable even without it. I would highly recommend working with All American Plumbing.

I wanted to add a tankless water heater to our rental property since we wanted to add a washer and dryer for future tenants. All American Plumbing was super responsive and helped set up an appointment with me easily.

Justin showed up with a text stating he is on his way. He answered all my questions, and we actually found out that we wouldn't be able to install a washer dryer in the unit without tearing everything apart, which would be very costly. I appreciated his honesty and his advice to not trust other plumbers who might say they would be able to do it, but in a dangerous and not code way.

While I did not use their services, due to their professionalism, I will definitely use their services next time!

I'm writing another review for All American Plumbing (first review was in 2020). All American just completed a whole-house repipe for my rental property in Rancho Bernardo. The home had a pipe burst in the middle of the night on Easter Sunday. My tenant called All American in the middle of the night. They promptly gave me a call to inform me of the emergency. They had their guys at the property early the next morning. We decided to do a full house repipe due to the age of the home. They kindly reworked their schedule, so the repipe work could start as soon as possible. They completed the repipe in 5 days. Justin, the lead on the job, was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable about the work being done. My tenants are thrilled that the entire house now has hot water very quickly. I'm thrilled to know that we won't be having any more water issues. Their bill was fair given the work completed. I recommend All American Plumbing.

I was having difficulty installing plumbing lines with T hookups to our toilet. All American had good reviews and a coupon on their website that caught my interest, plus their no-cost offer to provide a home-based assessment of the problem and give us an estimate. They responded quickly to additional questions I posed through Yelp. They were courteous, worked efficiently, and quickly identified an error I had made without making any disparaging comments as some might have been tempted to do. They were responsive to my questions and my requests during the installation itself. They found ways to save us some money. My only critique would be that they came about 15 minutes late, outside of the 2-hour window they originally said they would be here. I would definitely use them again.

Plumbers are like car mechanics: once you find one you can trust, it makes your life a lot less stressful.

My wife and I purchased a new home last year, and even though we got a general inspection done, we also chose to have the plumbing specifically inspected. Other plumbing companies we talked to wanted to charge us for an estimate, which on one hand I understand because a plumber's time is valuable, but I also didn't like the idea of feeling locked in to a specific company. All American Plumbing offered a free estimate, and even though that seems like it could be exploited to scare you into getting work you don't actually need, everything that was pointed out was well explained and felt fair. While we didn't try to get multiple estimates for the work we had done (again, due to a lot of other companies charging for estimates), the prices also felt fair. The employee (Skyler) even explained to us that they'd probably be a little more expensive than a much larger plumbing company, which we were okay with.

Since then, we've used All American Plumbing on two other occasions:
- Back in December when a toilet clogged and required snaking.
- This past weekend, our kitchen faucet broke so we decided to replace it with one we liked more and also finally replace two of our toilets.

Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the employee who helped us with the snaking, but Tomer was the one to knock out our sink and toilets yesterday and he did an awesome job and completed it in around four hours. He was actually one of the two employees who did the initial work on our house too, so it was nice to see him again.

All of the employees we've interacted with have been great, and while we can only hope we don't need any more plumbing work in the near future (though we do want to replace our third toilet at some point...), it's nice that we know who to call when the time comes.

This is possibly the third 5 star review I have given to this company, but they truly deserve it. I recently had two new toilets installed at my home, and after about one week realized they were at a height that was not optimal for me. When I called to discuss my options, I was amazed at how this company not only stood by their work but also wanted to ensure customer satisfaction. Niko and Jimmy worked incredibly hard to locate new toilets that would be just right, and came back to do the installation. They did a fantastic job and I am so grateful not only for the wonderful work done in my home, but also to the owner for having such a quality business. I will hire All American Plumbing again and again!

Had a few plumbing projects, and was impressed with the work.
Our tech Brandon, was great. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk with.
When we have future plumbing needs, I will definitely call All American Plumbing!

Problem was a leaky main where there was a backflow valve.
They were very prompt in answering the call. Appointment was scheduled. They showed up on time. Gave me heads up 1/2 an hour before they showed up. They offered a free check up of the home, which they promptly completed and have a set of suggestions. They also spotted issues related to water softener and gave lots of information and was very friendly.

Back to the main issue, it took them a while talking to the supplier over the phone (more than 30 minutes). I asked a few time how things were going since I had work to do. So they mentioned that they will give a quote over e-mail and went on their way after confirming my e-mail address.

Not heard from them since.
