Today was the first time I made contact with these good people. I had just undergone a hip replacement surgery and two days later - my toilet plugged up! Of the three companies I called, everyone was fully booked, so I decided to enlist the help of a neighbor. (I'd already struggled with a snake line cleaner I kept in the garage, and failed.).
But then All American called and said they could send someone within a half hour! I The wonderful young man quickly and cleanly took over! Within 20 minutes I heard the wonderful chuckle of my toilet flushing!

Wow, I can't thank these folks enough! The very reasonable bill and the kindness exhibited not only over the phone but in person made this awful event one I will remember with a smile. All American will be

We have a water problem and I called all American plumbing . Amanda answer quickly and gave appointment right away . And today Nate Powell came in on time check the water pressure is high , gave me estimate for water pressure regulator & hose bib for my back yard it's pretty good price . Nate is good asset in this company, loyal & honest. Thank you again Nate Powell & Amanda . I wanna recommend the All American plumbing inc to all.

July 4 had a broken sink garbage disposal and the pipes connecting to the garbage disposal came off as well, so this cause leakage. Also, had some other bathroom issues. Dave did a really good job with the projects and communicated not only to me but also expectations for my neighbor who I shared my water with. These projects would have taken Dave longer than usual but he had his trainee with him. It's good to see a company give an opportunity for the younger generation. Dave did a great job in educating his trainee as well. They finished in a little over an hour. Gave me back time for July 4. Also, wanted to thank Sherri for coordinating this. My project was supposed to be for Thursday, but Sherri said she would call me back if they had availability sooner and that is what she did.

Reached out to All American plumbing to help fix my cracked drain. Nate came out and gave me what I thought was a fair option to help me solve the problem. He gave me the option to dig the trench out myself to save some money and showed and explained exactly what I needed done. I went ahead and hired someone to dig and upon Justen's arrival, it was obviously not what they needed. Nate who was the technician that was first out to give me an estimate did not follow up on his word and they sent a different technician out (Justen) who gave me a whole different scope of work. The cost ended up being the same and I was desperate to get the job done so I accepted it. Justen lead the job and all was great until the end where I asked him to clean the hands marks off of my wall when he claimed none of his guys did that. I saw it with my own eyes!!! A simple ask turned into and argument and a lot of f#%^ you's were thrown my way. Told Justen I did not want to speak with him any longer and Byron followed up with a call and was just as confrontational!! I always intended to pay but I was immediately threatened with a lean on my house when the job wasn't even completed. I am shocked by the way these people acted after misleading me to start the job which I ended up paying more for. If you are looking for an honest opinion and someone you can trust with your work I would NOT call All American. Very aggressive and never takes the side of the customer. Nothing I asked or voiced out to Byron, Nate, and Justen was out of the ordinary or unreasonable. Overall BAD experience. Never fun when you pay 5k for a job to have this kind of a mistreated experience.

In the last month, I've used All American Plumbing 3 times. Now, I can't say they're the cheapest, but I CAN say overall they are the best. I just bought a new home with some plumbing issues that need to be resolved before I can move in. Every time I need something, I message them on Yelp and right away I got a response from the business owner. They were very accommodating with scheduling every time and even came out on a holiday to get the job done. They text me with confirmation of the appointment and also text me when the technicians are en route. A+ for communication. I'm not gonna lie, I called out another plumbing company only to be told they can't change out the leaking faucet because the cabinet was in way. They would need to remove the entire cabinet and might damage the walls and everything around it. But All American Plumbing was able to do the job without all that complication. Yes, they are not the cheapest, but with them, I have the confidence things will get done and they will be done within the price they quoted me. You get what you pay for.

Communication was excellent. They were able to come out the next morning and they happened to be able to come early too. Gave their honest straightforward assessment of the situation resulting in free estimate of $0. They said I didn't need to have any work done. Later on, I cut open my wall to just make sure and give myself peace of mind and indeed, there was nothing to see.

I just had Nick & Gabriel come assist with 3 separate plumbing issues & they were able to fix all of them within 1 hour time. They were considerate and explained everything they needed to do in detail. The Yelp $30 for $75 was a nice bonus, though their prices were affordable even without it. I would highly recommend working with All American Plumbing.

I wanted to add a tankless water heater to our rental property since we wanted to add a washer and dryer for future tenants. All American Plumbing was super responsive and helped set up an appointment with me easily.

Justin showed up with a text stating he is on his way. He answered all my questions, and we actually found out that we wouldn't be able to install a washer dryer in the unit without tearing everything apart, which would be very costly. I appreciated his honesty and his advice to not trust other plumbers who might say they would be able to do it, but in a dangerous and not code way.

While I did not use their services, due to their professionalism, I will definitely use their services next time!
