Since we didn't receive a February bill from San Diego Public Utilities for water, when we got the one for April. Well to make a long story short it was in the thousands, noting there was something wrong. Needless to say we had a leak, not inside our home, but somewhere outside. We called All American and they came out as soon as they could. They found the leak quickly and were able to excavate the problem and fix the break in the pipe. The guys did a great job and were easy to explain the problem.

Justen came out to conduct the leak detection service. He was very thorough explaining everything and showing me what was causing the water leak inside of the wall. Our toilet was clogged. After trying the plunger and auger, I called All American Plumbing. Justen was able to come the same day. He arrived quickly, solved the problem, and taught me how to do it myself next time. The price was reasonable, especially for the very short notice.

They also have a policy of ""no cost visit."" Justen evaluated the problem and gave me estimates depended on what it took. I then approved the work. All went very smoothly.

Our 2 year old home was loosing water pressure. So I put in a request for someone to look at the issue. All American Plumbing contacted us immediately and we had an appointment 2 days later. Ryan Nash showed up promptly at 3:05pm during our estimated window of 3-5pm.
He was super thorough and figured out the problem immediately. He agreed to have him resolve the issue by doing the required work and he also educated me on things to help keep the life of our tankless water heater and the cons of water softener.
