So happy to find these folks! Prompt response and arrival (early if anything), respectful, professional, and honest. Josh was personable and transparent about costs, and he corrected multiple installation mistakes of past plumbers and fixed issues that have been causing us leaking problems ever since moving into our home years ago. Service was fast, final bill was a little more than I was quoted. Small section of rain gutter pipe was repaired and the line was snaked because they didn't have a jet machine. Service technician was friendly and professional.

I have a few houses in the Eugene Area and these guys are my first call now.
I have had them install a water heater and other work on a couple of my houses and all I can say is they under promised and over delivered. Both in the work and the cost which was what I was quoted. No add ons ! Extremely good work and they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. A big thank you goes out to Kevin & his Crew. And today I would like to also thank Tyson for the being on time, the professionalism he showed and the speed of his work. He answered all my questions without hesitation. The city recorded my usage of water at almost 5,300 cubic feet spanning 5 weeks whereas I average 1,000 cf a year. A bit of a leak. So I called up AAP and Kevin and Josh came out and quickly determined that it was underground, appropriately assumed they'd have to replace the whole water main since part of it was replaced before but not all of it. Got in a week later and Josh found the leak maybe 6"" from the sidewalk of the meter from a root. Thankfully him and Kevin determined that the line didn't need to be replaced and I was able to save thousands of dollars. I love it when companies look out for their customers and not their bottom line. I'll definitely be using them going forward and sharing their name far and wide.
