They sent Josh out the next day. He was very nice, informative and even went above and beyond, by installing my hand-held shower head! I'll be doing more business with them in the future and I'd highly recommend them to others for plumbing needs!

Requested service and they were able to help us the same afternoon. We had a clogged toilet that we finally gave up on trying to open it up. Plumber was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. The price was very fair. He advised us to go to a larger toilet. The home was installed with 2 ""children"" toilets lol.

Kevin the owner is a man of his word. He did what he said he would do and when he said he would do it! He replaced my sewer line in less than a day and put my yard back together pretty dog gone good! Thank you All American..

We very much appreciated the very quick response to our request for service and the technician was able to get out to see us within a few days. Thankfully it was an easy fix and Josh was able to find a part quickly and get it taken care of. Josh was professional and friendly and a delight to work with. The cost of the repair was competitive and fair. We will be using all American again for any plumbing needs!

This company does not listen and has poor communication. We booked an appointment to have a valve fixed on our radiant heating system. My husband explained in detail what the problem was and presented PHOTOS. He absolutely told them it was a heating system. Josh arrived and had no idea it was a heating system. While he did cut 3 percent off and suggested other businesses, they charged $160 to come out and tell us they don't work on heating units. That information WAS PROVIDED when the appointment was made, they should never have made the appointment. Someone needs to learn how to listen and pay attention when photos are provided. Unprofessional, poor communication skills, unwilling to own up to their mistake in booking it and claim the information was not provided. We have learned to be very clear about this system. There is no way we forgot to mention it was a heating system, furthermore photos were provided. There were multiple opportunities for them to explain they don't do radiant heating systems before they arrived, yet I had to pay for their mistake, their failure to listen, their failure to view the photos they were provided, their failure to communicate. Josh was great, but he should look for a new place to work because that business is unprofessional at best and possibly even unethical, since he lied about not being told it was a radiator and not receiving photos (which could be proven). Don't do business with a liar who won't listen.

Perhaps this screenshot will refresh your memory. It clearly states this is a radiant system for heating our home. Hard to lie when you communicate electronically.

Communication around scheduling was quick, easy, and professional. Josh assisted and was great! Very personable and clear. He also drove out over very icy roads!

Josh assessed and explained the issue, conducted safety checks, talked through options, made suggestions, fixed it, and we talked through long-term care. He was upfront about costs, time, etc. both for the current issue and possible future work.

I will definitely use All American Plumbing & Drain in the future!

This company cancels appointments left and right, tells you repeatedly how busy they are, can't answer basic questions about what they will and won't hook up, or what is needed, and they are downright rude on the telephone. To them, customers come and go and they definitely do not care.
