Issue: sewage line clogged.

Have been using All American Jetting couple times for residential homes (main sewage drain clogged). Techs are nice, knowledgeable, and know what they do. Price is affordable, not super expensive. PLUS point is that they come next day and willing to give you little discount if asked. Well! few bucks counts!!

All American is one of the best, most competent companies I have had the privilege of working with along with having outstanding customer service. I have used them several times on several different occasions to jet backed-up sewage lines and they have always come through and resolved the issue expertly. They are very quick to respond to emergency calls as well.

I do not know what I would do without their help and expertise.

Hello Yelpers. My review may not be as useful as others because some time has passed since the service call, I've forgotten the names of the technicians. What I can recall, however, is that the guys arrived on time (9:00am for a 9:00-11:00 arrival window), were extremely knowledgeable, and personable to boot. It's always awkward when a service tech can't, or won't engage in any small talk. I was determined to stick to my limited budget, and get a simple snaking of my kitchen sink drain, but the tech recommended the hydro-jet service after assessing the video images of my drain, and struggling to get the snake far enough down the line. What's cool is that he wasn't pushy about the more expensive service option, which actually encouraged me to agree to the better long-term, hydro-jet option. The cherry on top was only being charged 60% of the hydro-jet price I was originally quoted. Considering the fact that I actually received a Snaking and Hydro-jet service, the cost was pretty phenomenal. Water is flowing nicely down my kitchen drain, and I honestly have no regrets about the service call. I'd recommend All American Jetting to anyone with a clogged drain.

unprofessional service, technician look like confused when i want to install new shower diverter with rain fall shower head and temperature control valve !!, between tech and staff look like too much paper work for communication . This is the first time with All American Drain Cleaning

We just had All American Plumbers come by to replace our pressure tank (well system) and the technician CJ was AWESOME! Very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He finished the work, and performed quality assurance checks on the water system to ensure the pressure system worked properly before departing. This was our first time using this company and we were very pleased. We highly recommend CJ!!! Thank you!!!

From the first phone call to the timely completion of my problem, I was impressed with All American. They were able to get to me within two business days (non-emergency). They called for a reminder. They called with an update to my time window. Then the plumber himself, CJ, called to review my problem and discuss options along with how much each option would cost as I was not available at the rental house. He fixed it in less than an hour, provided me with a detailed explanation and photos via email, and I was then contacted to make my payment over the phone. It was very helpful for me being a landlord!!!

Good morning, I really enjoyed the professionalism afforded me by the technician; he answered most of my questions and explained the reason for the problem. However, I did not like having to request a complete broke down for the estimated cost quote. I need to have this service provided and for that reason I cannot determine if the price is too high or not. For today, the technical service and professionalism wins my money.

I actually haven't gotten the job done yet since I only just had Shawn Doss come out to give me a quote on getting gasline brought up to my kitchen. But I really like that Shawn took his time to explain the job to me on gasline installation and on the issue of my water heater when I asked him about it. He's so straight forward about pricing and offer different way he can run the gasline so I can keep cost low. He is also very nice and polite and I really like that he wasn't trying to sell me additional services like another contractor did. So as far as my first appointment goes, five stars to Shawn for his service.

Before you let the repairman in your home ask what the cost will be. We were in shock when presented with the bill for an hours work. Nothing big something that took the man only 15 mins. per item with two items to repair. The service man was respectful of our home but the companies prices were way out of line. Would not recommend them to anyone for that reason.
