Bad customer service, don't know how to follow verbal instructions. Costs is high for subpar work. I would not recommend this company to anyone. All owner talked about was the good reviews it received from customers. As a former customers, I will remain a former customer.

AAIS installed sprinkler system in my yard (1/2 acre) a little more than a year ago. The installation went well, but service after installation is horrible. I have had 4 significant leaks with the system from broken pipes and valve issues. When requesting repairs AAIS consistently gave a window of 2 to 4 weeks for service. The first three leaks required shut-off at the main water meter, so there was no water to my house until repair, and I had to 'fight' with the company to get them to fix the leaks sooner than they scheduled. In addition, although AAIS advertises solid warranty with system installs, the company continues to push back on my system leaks saying that they 'may not' be covered by warranty. In the end, the company did cover the first few leaks under warranty, but would not cover the fourth leak. Lastly, these leaks have cost me significantly in high water bills, not to mention not having water to my house for many days and not being able to use the sprinkler system for significant periods over the past several months. In the end, AAIS just doesn't seem to care about service after installation, given how much they push back when problems are reported. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND staying away from AAIS.

I never take the time to leave a review however this one is definitely warranted so other customers have a better understanding of how All American Irrigation demonstrates customer service.
We booked an appointment with a three week waiting period which is completely understandable during the peak of summer.
We received our confirmation phone call the day prior. We waited and waited for someone to show up and they never did, hence we took off work for this appointment after waiting 3 weeks.
To make a long story short... no phone call, no follow up except an email after we contacted them, and come to find out after two days, they stated our phone did not work after another text from them, then to find out the owner was caught up on another job that day and never reached out to let us know he wouldn't make it.
Lesson to learn:
Communication is a must...honesty is a necessity and customer service will keep you in business!

These gentlemen came out , identified the problem and fixed everything. I'll certainly use them again.

Brendan did a fantastic job! I am so pleased with the service call I received today. If I had not received a call to get my sprinklers serviced from AAIS, I would not have known that I had a leak spraying water into the air in Zone 4 of my flower box ( not trying to water the air). Brendan was punctual, professional, explained all of my zones again ( I'm forgetful), looked for leaks, repositioned hoses and made sure my sprinklers were in tip top shape. I've had my sprinklers for about a year now and must say that it beats getting up at four in the morning to beat the summer sun from scorching the grass.

After this service , I am interested in getting the wireless controller box that will give me more flexibility in watering the lawn if I'm away for extended periods of time. I highly recommend and see that this company will do what it needs to make its customers happy! Brendan also quoted me prices for future work and discussed pros and cons, I honestly couldn't be happier with today's service!

Sadly, we were (thought we were going to be) very pleased at installation, but now that we have a defective part causing problems, I can't get consistent callbacks, have been hung up on twice instead of calls answered (picking up and hanging up immediately), and every person I or my wife do talk to has quoted a different price, blamed someone fired when they are not, and repeatedly said they have someone call us back which has not happened a single time.

Getting on the phone has been hard, getting answers harder, getting the truth - much less service - seems impossible.

I would HAPPILY change this review if we can start to get more responsive and more responsible service as our issue is ongoing.
