Sadly, we were (thought we were going to be) very pleased at installation, but now that we have a defective part causing problems, I can't get consistent callbacks, have been hung up on twice instead of calls answered (picking up and hanging up immediately), and every person I or my wife do talk to has quoted a different price, blamed someone fired when they are not, and repeatedly said they have someone call us back which has not happened a single time.

Getting on the phone has been hard, getting answers harder, getting the truth - much less service - seems impossible.

I would HAPPILY change this review if we can start to get more responsive and more responsible service as our issue is ongoing.

Previously with our sprinkler system installment, there was a pretty quick turnaround from estimate to completion. Brendan was helpful in explaining the system and it works well. All along, we had hoped to have them do our landscaping and we discussed it with them at length during our initial estimate and on the phone thereafter. I'm going to just state facts with no emotional hyperbole. We scheduled an estimate and called off work to be there (difficult to do as a military physician and a teacher/coach) and it was canceled without reason. We rescheduled a week later and called off work to be there and it was canceled because of rain. They were unavailable to come out for two weeks after that. When the estimate was done on November 1st, we said it was important to us to get the job done in the month of November.
We were told it might be tight but there was a chance they could do it on a weekend. We were called a week later and told that it could not be done in November to which we asked "not even on a weekend as stated as a possibility by Chris the owner" and they said he would call us back which he did. He stated that if he could get a particular gentleman to do it, then we were a go and they would call us back. They did and set a date for November 18/19 saying that we were 100% scheduled weather permitting. That day I had other estimates for the job, but since we were assured a date of completion in November, those other estimates were canceled. We got a call back today saying that they were canceling the job and could not do it in the month of November to which I stated that I was going to write a review detailing these events. Chris called me back stating that I knew it was dependent upon if other jobs could be moved-this was never voiced to us when we were given the date. He then raised his voice. I said "Chris, I'm not raising my voice" and he then said "take care" and hung up on me.

AAIS was reviewed highly two years ago on YP, but has since gone downhill. They no longer offer a year long maintenance plan of four quarterly checkups, and I've had to repeatedly call them to schedule after they missed appointment dates, since they seem to have no calendar to keep track of upcoming or scheduled customer appointments.

I have used AAIS for two installs. My first installation went flawless. Then we had a pool installed and the pool company ripped up my irrigation system. I called Chris and AAIS and they came out to fix my system. Had a few hiccups with fixing the issues but I contacted Chris with my concerns and he was amazing at ensuring everything got fixed appropriately. Seldom does the owner of a company take the time to ensure his customers are happy and Chris personally checked to ensure I was satisfied with my service.

It's great to find a business that doesn't compromise quality for a profit. All businesses are out to make money but at least AAIS ensures customer satisfaction.

I made an appointment with this company for Friday 3 June 2016 at 2pm. I drove 40 mins across town from work, and took half a day of leave to meet with this company. At 2:08 pm an Administrative staff member called me to inform me that the rain (not raining at my location) was going to keep them from making our appointment time. This appointment was for initial consult and estimate, not for install. Obviously, the individuals that own this company have zero appreciation or respect for their customers' time or schedule. Needless to say, I informed them that I would not be requiring their assistance. I plan on finding another company that follows through with their word and respects my time.

I DO NOT recommend that you waste your time with this company.

Waited and waited for the guy to come out took day off to get sprinklers serviced & no one called to say they were going to be late. I had to call the company and when i did went to voice mail stated their times of operation, that of which i called during operation times. Then I called back again because it was way past time of apportionment. And expressed my dissatisfaction and got a insincere sounding "sorry" . Waist of my time took day off from work to take care of this. Needless to say canceled and calling a more reliable company. Ugh, time you never get back.

I just got off the phone with the service desk, they called to cancel my appointment this morning. They called at 0830 to cancel my appointment which was supposed to be between 088-0900. First why would they wait halfway into the arrival time to cancel, second the excuse they gave was due to the rain. I do not understand the this excuse, or the delay in calling. I took the day off work for this repair and I am totally unhappy. I will not use this company or recommend them to anybody I know. They wasted my time.

Chris and his Team installed a complete sprinkler system at my home in Bluffview Estates. A first class job! 100% of what needs water got it, and 0% of what doesn't need water didn't. AAIS also put down sod where needed. Quality products and craftsmanship still exists in America. I highly recommend AAIS for any landscaping needs.

I have NEVER posted a review on social media,but I am sooo beyond frustrated with this company, and my requests for help have gone unanswered, I am not sure what to do. I installed my SECOND system with this company, because I LOVED my first system. My husband and I admired what the mission of the company was, and our system was great! So when we moved into a new house, of course we called them again. My experience this time has been so FAR from what the company mission is! I have been trying to get help with installation issues since the summer. My first two request through their website went unanswered completely. Then finally an email to my husband... NOPE just a sales call for repeat business. So, I call back, take off of work to meet the appointment..... when they don't come I call to find out why and the tech is sick.... not sure why THEY didn't call me? I reschedule and take off work AGAIN, the first words out of the techs mouth is "whats the problem?" After I introduce myself and explain the issues, I am told they don't have what they need to address all the issues and will have to come back. NO surprise that I do NOT get a call, so I call again and also ask for the owner to call me. This morning the tech shows up an hour AFTER they are supposed to (I also called AGAIN...nobody called me), and i have taken off MORE time from work! Also, the owner STILL has not called me. I am hoping they finally fix my issues this morning so I do not have to miss work again and NEVER have to work with this company again. I am soooo very disappointed that a company that looks to have been founded on some really wonderful things, at least in my experience is very far from that now.
