I made an appointment with this company for Friday 3 June 2016 at 2pm. I drove 40 mins across town from work, and took half a day of leave to meet with this company. At 2:08 pm an Administrative staff member called me to inform me that the rain (not raining at my location) was going to keep them from making our appointment time. This appointment was for initial consult and estimate, not for install. Obviously, the individuals that own this company have zero appreciation or respect for their customers' time or schedule. Needless to say, I informed them that I would not be requiring their assistance. I plan on finding another company that follows through with their word and respects my time.

I DO NOT recommend that you waste your time with this company.

Waited and waited for the guy to come out took day off to get sprinklers serviced & no one called to say they were going to be late. I had to call the company and when i did went to voice mail stated their times of operation, that of which i called during operation times. Then I called back again because it was way past time of apportionment. And expressed my dissatisfaction and got a insincere sounding "sorry" . Waist of my time took day off from work to take care of this. Needless to say canceled and calling a more reliable company. Ugh, time you never get back.

I just got off the phone with the service desk, they called to cancel my appointment this morning. They called at 0830 to cancel my appointment which was supposed to be between 088-0900. First why would they wait halfway into the arrival time to cancel, second the excuse they gave was due to the rain. I do not understand the this excuse, or the delay in calling. I took the day off work for this repair and I am totally unhappy. I will not use this company or recommend them to anybody I know. They wasted my time.

Chris and his Team installed a complete sprinkler system at my home in Bluffview Estates. A first class job! 100% of what needs water got it, and 0% of what doesn't need water didn't. AAIS also put down sod where needed. Quality products and craftsmanship still exists in America. I highly recommend AAIS for any landscaping needs.

I have NEVER posted a review on social media,but I am sooo beyond frustrated with this company, and my requests for help have gone unanswered, I am not sure what to do. I installed my SECOND system with this company, because I LOVED my first system. My husband and I admired what the mission of the company was, and our system was great! So when we moved into a new house, of course we called them again. My experience this time has been so FAR from what the company mission is! I have been trying to get help with installation issues since the summer. My first two request through their website went unanswered completely. Then finally an email to my husband... NOPE just a sales call for repeat business. So, I call back, take off of work to meet the appointment..... when they don't come I call to find out why and the tech is sick.... not sure why THEY didn't call me? I reschedule and take off work AGAIN, the first words out of the techs mouth is "whats the problem?" After I introduce myself and explain the issues, I am told they don't have what they need to address all the issues and will have to come back. NO surprise that I do NOT get a call, so I call again and also ask for the owner to call me. This morning the tech shows up an hour AFTER they are supposed to (I also called AGAIN...nobody called me), and i have taken off MORE time from work! Also, the owner STILL has not called me. I am hoping they finally fix my issues this morning so I do not have to miss work again and NEVER have to work with this company again. I am soooo very disappointed that a company that looks to have been founded on some really wonderful things, at least in my experience is very far from that now.

I cannot speak for their actual product or workmanship because I could never actually get to that point with them. Their front office/administration process is a mess. I called on a Thursday during normal hours--no answer. I called back the next day at 4:45 (they close at 5:00) no answer. So I left a message to have them call me. That night I went to their web page and filled out their contact request and submitted it as well. Saturday they are open...no contact. Monday all day, never heard back. Tuesday afternoon I finally called them and talked to a women in the office. When I told her that I had tried several ways to get a hold of them she replied, "How can I help you." I set up an appointment for the following day to meet me at the house. My house is in the construction phase in the hill country. It is in a high end neighborhood and we are wanting irrigation, drip systems, landscaping, exterior lighting, all connected to our home automation system. Our budget is around 30k to get this done. She set up an appointment for 1100. I asked how long it would take and she said no more than an hour max. I told her I would have to return to work and could not stay at the house beyond 1200. The next day I drive the 30 minutes to the house from work and arrive 10 minutes before 1100. At 1115 I call the office and ask where the person is...she says, "You are scheduled for sometime between 1100 to 1200. I said no, I had an 1100 appointment...I had made that clear. What did she want me to do? Stand around at a construction location waiting for the guy to come...we had an appointment at 1100. She said she would call him to see where he is. She called back and said he would not make it before 1200. I canceled at that point and said we would be going with another company. She said, "fine" and hung-up.

Bottom Line. They may be a great company in terms of their product (not sure actually), but if their customer service is a reflection of their work, I suggest you look elsewhere...especially if you are planning on spending a lot of money and want a professional company.

AAIS installed our sprinkler system and planted 2 trees for us! They did great work on both, and when we needed to switch a sprinkler head out, they came and switched it quickly and on time, even though it wasn't needed until months after the initial install. The office employees are very nice and keep updated with your services. Chris, the owner, was very professional and answered any and all questions at our first visit for the quote. We've been very pleased with our choice to use All American!

Nobody else gives a complete warranty like AAIS. Anybody looking do to any landscaping or install an irrigation system need look no further. This company is nice at first to get your business. However, when it comes to follow ups they SUCK. They did a new installation at our new home. What we did not like was that it does not include grass once they have installed the sprinklers, you have to pay additional for them to patch up the lines where the sprinklers were placed. We have now called 5 times to get an additional quote and still have yet to get a quote. Have been waiting for 2 weeks. Seems like once they get your money for a main install, they really don't care about any other additional work that may not be as expensive. So with that said, going to look for another company who is willing to give us a simple quote and who knows how to follow up with clients.

These folks are certainly nice, but not very responsive. We had some issues with the installation in that when they came out, the installer tried to "upsell" some lights we hadn't agreed on when we had the initial estimate. It seemd a bit shady, but after we contacted the owner, we were able to get it worked out, but it wasn't a fun thing to go through. The lights looked great, but then they went out on us a week or so after the install. They had to come back out again to fix them. A few months later, they went out again. Back out they came and over $100 later the lights were back on. Now again, the lights went out. I scheduled another appointment which was going to be over 2 weeks away. Unfortunately, they didn't call or show up. We were packing to leave town the next day and after we returned I called and they said the "didn't have the appointment." So I tried to make another one. Again, 2 weeks until they can come out. When you spend thousands of dollars on a product and service, having to wait 2 weeks to get service done is unacceptable when that product or service fails. So, we'll be using another lighting company from now on.
