I discovered through my dealings with All American Home Service that the team required two hours to realize there was a break in the line below our property that connects to the toilet.

The plumbers indicated that we might want to dig the trench or they could do it to save money. As we were traveling, my husband dug out a section of ten feet of trench, as advised by these jokers.

They had promised to replace the pipe and informed my son who was watching my house that they couldn't proceed with the replacement until my spouse dug out three more feet. Obviously, he was unable to because we were gone for an additional two weeks.

I contacted the unpleasant receptionist who denied my request for the plumber's cell number to ask what the issue was. After some time, I got a return call and was told that they "aren't responsible for any digging". What the fuck? It appears they prefer not to handle the tough jobs, merely to put in the new pipe. I would not recommend these lazy workers.

Another group came for an expensive service on the valve system and claimed that the first team's assessment was incorrect. They offered a more costly option that was not needed.

Rather than taking the time to driving to Home Depot to obtain the correct fuses, this crew cobbled together an wrongly rated fuse in a piece of foil that was ineffective.

All American Home Service billed us for the repairs that led to stopping our heat during a cold spell and then refused fix the problem until we paid them.

Eventually, we called in an electric service professional who corrected the situation in a mere 60 minutes with a fresh fuse.

Dangerous, careless and expensive work from All American Home. I included their standards for the owner since they seem to be not cognizant of them.
