They have done several jobs for us and every time they do a great job. Tyrel did our last job. He was so personable and easy to talk to. He answered all our questions and did a great job. We will always choose All American.

Matt, the technician here today, did an excellent job enclosing openings around a new bath/shower and wall installation. His work product looks great and he was both efficient and careful. A good guy and excellent worker. The cost was right on the estimate and was a good value.

The company was paid to clean out the furnace as part of the yearly service contract. A few months later the furnace stopped working. A technician came out and found that something that should have been fixed during service was missed and made the fix for free which one would expect since they missed it the first time. Two more months pass and the furnace stops once again. A technician came out and after less then 5 minutes of troubleshooting informed me that I would need a new fuel pump and the furnace cleaned out. I was given a quote just north of a 1000 dollars. I asked a friend who works on commercial heating to come give me their opinion and they were able to adjust the fuel pump that I was told needed replacement and when we opened the furnace found that it had not been cleaned out in a long time. Clearly the work that was stated as completed in June was in fact not done as written. This type of build up could have caused serious danger to my house and family. I will not be using this business in the future. While others may have better results I caution others to be very observant when requesting any work from this company.

No way I will call them again they came they looked at the mess they made and left saying they will not charge us for the house call and that there company has grown to big to do warrantee work !

Engaged to install a shower valve but it was done incorrectly. The company refused to admit it was their mistake, fix the issue, or refund the money paid for an incorrectly done job. Communication was initially responsive, but became increasingly difficult when the company's ""solution"" was for us to contract them for another $4000+ to fix the issue they created. Absolutely would NOT do business with them ever again.

Well, well, well....I thought I called a plumbing service but I got taken to the cleaners! Read on if you can, but this post will likely get deleted by the page administrator before the weekend is over. Up front pricing was not up front...got a call half way through the service visit; told I had to pay $732 for a service that any ordinary plumbing service (even a union ran shop) would've only charged half that and was told if I didn't pay they'd happily leave things for someone else to handle. My tenant's son was at the house when the service was performed and said the tech was there for maybe two hours total...with a 45 minute parts run in between....I was quoted a labor rate of....""well I think it's $180 per hour sir...so said the technician""...but the tech didn't know for sure...and then he told me the 50-cent o-ring for the hot water shutoff valve was around $300; then they said there was the cost for a tub drain assembly...that looks like a whopping twenty bucks in ABS plastic...so again...called a plumber...got taken to the cleaners....I guess that's why they're called All American Home Service...because they charge you for both plumbing and cleaning. LOL I was a project manager in Juneau doing commercial construction for more than 10 years and never had I had this happen with a local sub. My how times have changed. Oh and when I called and left a message; I got a call back from a ""customer service rep"" that said we hear your concerns, but we're in training for the next week or so, so don't try calling back, but we'll call you....yeah, so that was three weeks ago. Must've had to make sure my credit card payment went through eh? I usually don't vent like this, but Juneau friend be forewarned...up front pricing means; don't let them do a darned thing until you have the quote....they were half way into the job before they called, which left me no choice but to give in...and they knew I was out of town so they had me by the you know what.... So next time, take it from me, call a plumber...not a home service...because this one will charge you for more than you can bargain for. And yes, I asked a local plumber here in Oregon what that should've cost me and he said even at the 24-hour emergency rate, $400 would've been on the high side...ugh....frustrating indeed.
