Would not recommend. I panicked and called them. Guy came pushed the reset button. Did not take a tool out. $200 charge. Tried to reason but apparently that is level 1 care of the 2 levels offered. Need to be upfront with costs.

We went from having too much heat to none after their first visit. The second team arrived for an expensive repair to the zone valve and stated the first teams evaluation was incorrect. They then proposed an even more expensive (unnecessary) solution. The second team then jury rigged an incorrect rated fuse in foil that didn't work rather than drive to Home Depot to get the correct fuses which were in stock. This company actually charged us money for work that stopped our heat in the middle of a cold snap and then wouldn't correct the problem until we paid them. Ultimately we had an electrician fix the problem in an hour with a new fuse. Dangerous, sloppy and expensive work from All American Home. I included their values for the owner since they seem to be unaware of them.

Our main water shut off valve froze and cracked. They came out and replaced it on the same day and for a reasonable cost. Great customer service.

Very good mid-winter routine maintenance service on our forced air heater. The office kept up with good communications with me to have the technician here on time. The technician, Jimmy, was thorough and professional; and we appreciated the military discount.

We've been getting our furnace serviced annually from All American and they've been great. Very easy to communicate with and responsive to setting up appointments (half the battle in Juneau). Honestly, the communication with in-office staff (Tia), their dispatchers, and their service staff (Joe) is worth 5 stars. Once here, Joe was super helpful and professional. We've really enjoyed getting our annual maintenance from them and will continue to use them.

I had to have a leaking oil tank replaced. It was part of a two tank system. One tank was on the road and the tank needing replacement was down a hill by a beach cabin. Trace, Andrii and Matt were amazing. They replaced the tank by the cabin and worked on the hillside to bury the fuel line between the tanks to meet code. They were friendly, efficient, and left everything clean and well taken care of...

Matt, the technician here today, did an excellent job enclosing openings around a new bath/shower and wall installation. His work product looks great and he was both efficient and careful. A good guy and excellent worker. The cost was right on the estimate and was a good value.
