I totally recommend this company!! I was having extremely hard times at the time I overflowed my bathtub. Multitasking and I don't work anymore. I had no idea how to begin to find someone. I searched yelp and went by the reviews with these guys. They responded instantly. Came here within hours and took care of business. The owner Tom answered the phone right away and he was in Cabo,Mexico on a very needed 1st vacation!! They did a great job drying out my floor vents(I'm in a mobile home). After all was done there was a small missing piece of trim. I had different trim left over and Tom senior said no problem!! Sawed it, painted it and installed it. His workmanship was very professional!! If in doubt or unsure how to handle your problem do not hesitate, call All American Restoration. They will make your problem go as smooth as it can go. I'm a senior lady having a crash course in making big decisions!! The best one yet!!

Tom and company were awesome. Showed up in less than an hour to stop the leak and assess what was going on. Gave us the option of working with our homeowners insurance or not. I never even would have thought about the effect on my premium had he not mentioned it. Had a new water heater temp installed in a few hours and did the whole restoration and repair in a few days. His crew was professional and skilled. And actually left the work space dramatically cleaner than it was when they showed up. Tom answered all my questions promptly and completely. I knew what was going on, when it was happening and how long it was all going to take. He finished ahead of schedule too. Simply put, I would not hesitate for a second to use Tom and company again in anything that went wrong at our place. Solid work from a solid group of guys.

Thomas Schilling (All American Restoration) deserves at least 5 STAR rating, if not more, based on his quality of detailed workmanship, professionalism, and immaculate detail of cleanliness.
Tom was prompt in taking care of our EMS situation, on-time as specified, and kept us updated on a daily/hourly basis as needed. Due to Covid, AAA adjustors don't come to inspect the damage, so Tom took the lead and provided AAA photos, video, measurements, and estimates needed for the claims adjustors. His years of experience with EMS and dealing with insurance companies were very evident. Tom's repair estimates were within AAA guidelines for both the EMS and restoration work and was promptly approved.
The restoration of our kitchen was quick and efficient without compromise to quality. During both the EMS and restoration, Tom's obsessive detail to cleanliness was evident and greatly appreciated. Containment barriers were used to keep dust and debris within the work area. At the end of each working day, Tom cleaned all areas outside of the containment area that showed debris (including the outside walkway leading to his truck!!!).
After completion of the repair, the kitchen looks BETTER than it was prior, the quality of detailed work evident, and all areas (countertops, floors) spotless, as Tom cleans the floors with a rag and cleanser on his hands and knees!!!
We couldn't have had a better experience with All American Restoration, highly recommend Tom for your EMS and repair, and wished he would re-inter the home improvement business, as we would hire him in a heartbeat for our home improvement projects. Thank you Tom!

If I could give Tom more than 5 stars I would! I called him with a leak problem and he was here within hours to take a look at it. He is honest and very knowledgeable. I am so glad we found his services because we won't be going anywhere else!

Massive leak from a busted water heater turned into only a 3 day job. They had the damage removed, dried out, and completely redone with a new water heater in no time. I was expecting a long drawn out process, but their sense of urgency to get us set up with running hot water was great to see.

They were professional every step of the way. No unnecessary work done either. Originally it was supposed to be more work, but upon double checking, Tom found that there didn't need to be more work done and didn't try to sneak it in.

I would recommend them and will be looking to use them in case I ever need to again!

We used All American Flood Restoration for a slab leak back in 2016.
They were so professional, honest and fair. I saved Toms number. Over the new year holiday we had a leak. I called Tom and he responded within a few minutes and came over on New Year's Eve and New Years Day to fix the leak.

Long before COVID was here and service providers could use that for an excuse for their deplorable service, my husband and I had the misfortune of dealing with Tom and his cast of terrible characters masking as ""professionals"" who are sloppy, rude, and treat the customers as if we should bow down to them for their help. -- They are doing a job for which they are being paid, professionalism should be required.

They yelled and cussed when we pointed out things they did wrong.
They ripped apart walls and tore up floors that did not need to be torn up saying, ""You got insurance, right?!?"" -- This was AFTER we told Tom OUR INSURANCE DENIED THE CLAIM as it was a ""long, slow drip incased in a wall, not a burst pipe.""
-- Tom said, ""Don't worry, I'll write it up so it's covered!""

We are disabled senior citizens and have had the same insurance company for decades. This did not seem right to us. I told Tom more than once: ""I sent photos.""
Tom proceeded to tell me what an idiot I was to give our insurance company evidence of the problem, and said he would ""Write something up anyway.""

We had a ""porta potty"" and no running water for 2-3 weeks. Tom and his crew became hostile every time we asked for an update of when they would be finished. Three adults and six Labrador dogs confined to living in a kitchen, living room, and dining room. This was ridiculous.
I picked out the replacement fixtures, $250-400 each. Tom presented me with a materials bill for $2,000. I told him no way.
His father came into our home and cussed me out, telling me how Tom ""gives away his services to people in need, his wife just had a baby and he needs the money,"" and more.
They tore off our custom baseboards in our living room -- which was unaffected. I said, ""STOP! What are you doing??""
Tom's worker said he was going to take one and another worker, the other, to try match them.
They put the baseboards back, but they are falling off at the end -- typical of the half-assed job these crooks did throughout their time here.

Our laminate flooring is oak colored, varnished beautifully, has padding, and is water-resistant. It was professionally installed by Empire.
Tom replaced this gorgeous flooring with the cheapest, dark, fake-looking, non-laminate, thin, no padding, crappy flooring he got from a discount ""flooring warehouse."" -- Once again, Tom tried to overcharge me for ""premium flooring.""
This crook and his company need to be put out of business.

Oh, and the leak they fixed? It started again a few months later. When we called, we were told the company was sold and they don't do that kind of work anymore. -- Can you say lawsuit? We paid for all of this out of our retirement. We may be in our twilight years, but this crooked hustler is not going to get away with stealing from us!
They have our many thousands of dollars. We have a room that is back to the condition it was in when they ""fixed it, guaranteed!""
-- But now they are GHOSTS.
