They said they worked with USAA, USAA confirmed they do NOT. They were late every single time, left my house extremely dirty from not putting plastic up. I later found their trash that was hidden in my personal belongings in my garage. The drywall work was very sloppy & they left exposed wires out, that unfortunately we didn't see until it was too late.

My son was electrocuted & my cat severely injured. His lungs are burned. No apology & wants to get paid and run. They don't want to help pay for medical and vet bills. I have been advised to get a lawyer. I have all the texts to back up my review.

I had flooding from upstairs to my downstairs family room. I chose this crew to perform my home restoration based on previous yelp reviews. They did not disappoint! Tom, the owner, is very customer oriented. He explains what will be done by his crew, and he also follows up to ensure everything is being performed correctly, and will not hesitate to have something redone if needed. He addressed any concern I had and made sure I was satisfied before his crew completed the overall work. His drywall guy did an exceptional job on the ceiling in my (most populated) family room and made it blend perfectly with the existing drywall. His painting crew did great also....Jeff made sure everything matched and was a star. Mario, man, this guy was hustling non-stop from day one on flooring to toilet installation. The total crew worked efficiently and got the job done to my satisfaction. No doubt, I will call on this team in the future if I have any unfortunate water damage situations. Many thanks Tom!

The house my husband and I are renting had a water heater leak while we were on vacation. We were dealing with a nightmare company provided by AHS. Our landlords decided to talk to All American Flood Restoration. We had been without hot water for almost a week. Tom came over the day my landlords called him and brought over a replacement water heater. He then had his guys over here the morning after the first company finished drying the houseHis guys got right on the project and were professionals all the way through. The water heater was located inside the laundry room so it did quite a bit of damage. The two main workers, Mario and Jeff, went the extra mile of creating a line that if there was ever an issue the water would leak into a pan that disposed of the water outside. They didn't have to do this but this is what a company who wants to retain customers does. Tom also did a great job handling the insurance company and making sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate their commitment to excellence. They were very friendly and trustworthy. We definitely will be using their service in the future if anything else happens around the house!

The water heater in our rental property broke and caused some damage to the dry wall that we had to tear down and replace. We got a quote from another place and they asked way too much. Found AA Flood here on Yelp and it turned out it is truly a 5 star business. Tom not only offered a very reasonable price but also was very responsive during the entire process. He sent me photos from time to time so I knew how he fixed the damage and what the outcome looked like even when I was not on site. I would recommend AA Flood to anyone that is looking for someone you can trust to restore your damaged property.

Wow! Second review for this company, 5 Stars again! Came out to look at the damage in my wall from a leak in my roof. Was told again, how to dry it out completely and about how long it should take. Didn't charge me a dime & even gave some helpful information regarding the roof repair. It's nice to know there are genuinely good people looking to help others out during a very stressful time.

This guy's gifts keep coming. Because I made the mistake of filing a claim for his work - when there was very little damage - and then did it again a year later for another small flood in the same area- we were dropped from our insurance company and have had a hard time finding good insurance since then. We'll need to wait a few years I guess. As a new homeowner, I had no idea that could happen. When we had our second flood, we put in new plumbing in our garage and a simple water pressure regulator that was never even addressed during the first flood. This whole thing was such a nightmare.. I'm glad I believe in karma!!!

Had an emergency in a house that I'm a property manager for. They were able to get a estimate in same day continental work the next, I was quoted 5 days for the job but they finished in 2. The drywall looks perfect and like nothing have ever happened. They cleaned up everything themselves and are very honest about everything. I shall be using them for all drywall services. CJ helped me out over phone, estimate and even the job he was amazing and professional.

I absolutely love Tom the owner, Mario the master carpenter, Josh the all around hard worker and Rico the demo guy. I had a leak in my kitchen and American Flood Restoration was at my house in no time and started immediately controlling the damage. They had a hard job ahead of them in removing all my hardwood flooring and replacing it with new. Not only is their team professional but they really care about doing their best to make you happy. I am so happy with my new hardwood floor (which is incredibly beautiful) and repainted kitchen, living room and family room. Tom took care of all the dealings with my insurance company so I didn't have to worry about that either.

I highly recommend this top rated company and would not hesitate to have them back in my home for any restoration problems.

From the the beginning to the end I had a good experience with All American Restoration. I was overwhelmed and stressed out about my situation when my entire downstairs flooded. Thankfully Tom helped me navigate through the insurance and the paperwork and reassured me that everything would come together. The restoration and construction team was fast and efficient. I was given updates with photos and details each step of the way. They even worked extra long hours to get our family back in our home the day before Thanksgiving. It was a special gift and we are very grateful. Our home turned out more beautiful than it was before. I am a happy customer with all aspects. If you have to go through the sucky experience of a home flood, this is the remedy.

Tom was just at my house. I was worried I had a leak behind the kitchen cabinets. He came out within an hour of me calling to check. Luckily no leak. Very professional and knowledgable. Will definitely call again, but hopefully I never need.
