It was Christmas Eve 2023 and we had a toilet that was backing up. We called and they came over first thing and fixed the issue in about 10 minutes. They also made sure that all the other plumbing in the house was working properly before they left. We thought we would have a cancel your family and friends get together, BUT it was saved by All American Drain Cleaning. I would use them for any other plumbing issues that we might have in the future. We were selling our house, and the buyers inspection revealed some plumbing issues, and a drainage issue in our basement laundry room. We had a tight window to resolve these items, and had a real problem finding anyone that could address them in the timeframe we had available. We connected with All American through Angi's List, and they had someone at the house within an hour to snake the drain pipe from the washing machine. Unfortunately, that didn't fix the problem, but over the course of the next 5 days they come back several times. They ulimately had to install a powered lift pump with a new drain line, bypassing the existing constricted drain line (that was actually smaller than the line coming out of the washer, which was causing the backup.). While we called them to address the drainage problem, along the way, they were also able to resolve the other plumbing problems. They were responsive and profession in every respect.

The work they completed was great, but the reason they get 5 stars is the service I received after they had finished. I had a concern about the billing and the owner called me back the next day and immediately took care of it. No haggling or fighting, this guy wants to do the right thing by his customers and he did. In a time where it is hard to find people or companies you can trust, this is one that you can.
