Scum bags. All American were assigned to some warranty work on my water heater. He never visited my house, I sent him photos of my busted water heater. He said he submitted a claim and would know if it was approved the next day, didn't answer my calls for a week. I had to get a new plumber to come to my house and start the process all over. I've been without hot water for 2 weeks now and probably will be for another week. Save yourself the hassle and find another contractor.

Used a home warranty company to fix our water heater. We had no water for 3 days. We finally called another plumber who fixed it the same day. I really wish they would just not take jobs they couldn't do. Very disappointed.

In the future they need to do a better job of managing expectations on the timeline. People are willing to wait for good things as long as they are delivered when promised. Your word is everything.

I put in a claim with my home warranty. This company was assigned to complete the work and they never came or called. They reported the work was complete to my warranty company so now I am out my deductible and they won't return phone calls. The warranty company won't refund me because it was reported the work was done. I wish they would answer their phone and return phone calls to get this resolved. Don't work with or trust this company. They lie!

Terrible unreliable company. Attempted to use them for a home warranty claim. Checked claim status online and it showed complete. Funny thing is, not a single plumber came to the house once. Home warranty company can't reach him to find out why work was never done and claim was closed as complete. Save yourself a headache and pick a more honest, reputable company to work with. These people are crooks!
