I have a home warranty plan through American Home Shield. I pay 43.99 per month for the coverage. Two days ago I reported a leaking toilet and filed a claim, paid $125 and was provided the name of All American Complete Plumbing & Rooter. I was told I would be called within one business day. It is now two days later, I have left two messages at the company with no response. I called American Home Shield and the representative told me that she tried to call the plumber and the message she received was that they were closed I was told I would not be able to contact them until Monday and she was unable to cancel my request and open a new claim with a different vendor. Very poor response from both the plumber and AHS. I am now likely in the penalty box for the last 25 plus minutes as I asked to speak with a supervisor.

We had a leaky external water line. Contacted Steven and he came over to see what needed to be done. Sent a good guy to patch it up and then Steven came by the next day to see how it was holding up. Very happy with the work Steven and his crew did. Would call him again!

Absolutely do NOT waste your time! We booked this company (Steve was the name) for a service call for a shower leak and he was a no show. My husband took the day off work and we waited all day. My husband called twice and left voicemails and this guy doesn't even bother to answer his phone or return messages. We had also texted him the day prior to confirm, but never heard back...that should have been a red flag but we are trusting people. I don't know how this guy has these good reviews, maybe they are his relatives. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and find another plumber. We are now without our shower until we can get someone else.
