Absolutely do NOT waste your time! We booked this company (Steve was the name) for a service call for a shower leak and he was a no show. My husband took the day off work and we waited all day. My husband called twice and left voicemails and this guy doesn't even bother to answer his phone or return messages. We had also texted him the day prior to confirm, but never heard back...that should have been a red flag but we are trusting people. I don't know how this guy has these good reviews, maybe they are his relatives. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and find another plumber. We are now without our shower until we can get someone else.

Took an appointment with them. Called an hour before to confirm. NO show. called again and was told running late, will come 1-2 hours late. I was fine with that. Still didn't show up. Left 2 messages and no one cared to even call back. These guys are the worst.

If you're looking for the best plumber around, you've found it here!! I rarely post yelp reviews, but I had such a fantastic experience, I just need to share it. I highly recommend All American Plumbing, they are hands down the best in the business! Steve was professional, always on time, explained everything in terms I could understand, and he even advocated for me to my insurance company who is notorious for being difficult. He handled it all! I'm extremely impressed! If you want quality work done at a fair price done by a true professional, this is who you should hire for your next Plumbing project, or emergency repair! I'll never call anyone else! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I had a leaking water heater, and he rushed over immediately to turn the water off so it wouldn't leak while I was waiting on insurance paperwork. I feel like he needs a hero's medal lol! Seriously though, he's committed to his customers and it shows!

Honestly, if I could give 6 stars I would and I've never done that. Steven was absolutely amazing with replacing a hot water heater that had been red tagged by my propane company in boulder creek due to an internal leak of propane. Upon meeting Steven, I had an immediate sense of relief that the job would be managed, installed, and completed with the utmost of professionalism. He had excellent project communication and provided frequent status updates which reduced my stress level. The hot water heater was in a small basement dirt subarea with many pipes/furnace and other things to install around making it quite a difficult install. We also had ongoing construction going on outside and so Steven had to get the new and old water heaters through a door that was located on a deck that was being actively worked on. Steven handled a difficult situation with laughter and grace, quickly thinking on his feet to get the install done promptly and correctly, fixing all the code upgrades we needed. All of this was very much appreciated when you're really in need of a hot shower.

Now, not having hot water sucks. Steven made the process suck much less. I highly recommend and I will most definitely call him the next time something else breaks.

Also, Covid safe practices were followed, making me feel safe in my house.
