I have used All American Air for over 15 years from initial install of AC and Furnace to maintenance, repair etc. Mark Kimberly, the owner is an honest hard working man who stands behind his work and products. His knowledge and skills are top notch. I would highly recommend him for all your AC/Heat needs. His fees are fair and there is no doubt in my mind that he is a man of integrity. What more could you ask for? You can't go wrong with All American Air.

Mark Kimberly, the owner of All American Air and Solar has provided me with a new air conditioning system and has kept me going with my old furnace for the past several years. As a retiree on a fixed income, it's so helpful to have a skilled technician helping me stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

I can't say enough about this very hard working air and heating professional. I know this, that if I can save enough to afford a new furnace, Mark will be the one to install it. You can't go wrong with All American Air and Solar Systems.

Without a doubt....FIVE STARS!!!

If I could award 6 stars I would. I have dealt with All American Air for over 20 years. I first hired Mark back in the late 1990's to replace my very tired and inefficient furnace. He installed a 90 % efficient Trane furnace. I explained that I wanted a system that would not only heat the whole house but it would also need to provide constant pressure to the living area. We had 2 children at that time that had asthma and there was evidence of mold spores in the attic and crawl space. The constant pressure would prevent the mold spores from entering the living space. I had a few reputable HVAC contractors bid on the job. Most all of then had no idea what I wanted to do. or rather how to accomplish it. Mark listened to my plan and told me that he could design and install a system that would meet the specs that I desired. Sure enough it worked just as promised and is still working. The main fan in that furnace has been running constantly since installation. With the exception at year 13 or 14 it developed a problem and Mark replaced it under warranty. The replacement has continued to run incessantly without further trouble. That was until this week. The system started to wheeze and would no longer heat the house. I shut it down and called Mark. Now I knew the warranty was no longer in force. So i I anticipated maybe a high repair cost. Sure enough the system could not be repaired it had to be upgraded with new electronics to the tune of over $1850. Good thing I was sitting down. He had to order the part sand come back.
He came back 2 days later and completely disassembled the furnace. and was on the job for at least 2 1/2 hours.. When he was done he handed me a bill for $850. WHAT? It seems that some major component was not needed and that saved me a cool $1000. I was pleasantly surprised. There was no need for him to slash the repair bill. I was already prepared to spend the $1850. If he had just done what he did using the existing parts I would not be the wiser. I was duly impressed that I found a truly honest man. He is a very hard worker that puts the needs of the customer ahead of everything else. Maybe the rest of it will go away and I will have to get Mark to come back for the other $1000 that he left on the table. It makes no matter I have found an HVAC contractor that is trustworthy and cannot be beat. I highly recommend giving All American Air & Solar Systems a call if your HVAC system ever needs service or repair. The owner, Mark Kimberly will treat you right. I give him 6 ******s.
Thanks for the opportunity.

Great service!!

My furnace had been working on and off erratically for a few days, mostly off.
i called a few places but could not get anyone out for awhile, finally I called Mark at All American who had been recommended to me, he said he was booked up but would make it out in the evening after his other appointments.

Of course when he came out the furnace was working fine so was hard to diagnose, but he did some repairs that were obvious and said to let him know if that solved it.

Unfortunately it didnt work, this happened a couple more times and every time the heater would be working when he got there, he finally figured out that there was a problem with my electrical system in my house that was causing the furnace problems!
which I dont know if other repair places would have thought of.

He came out repeatedly after hours, didnt charge me for parts that he replaced that he didnt think were the cause, and was very professional and seemed to really want to help people out.

Highly recommended!

I received a call from a tenant in Rohnert Park whose heater was not working correctly. Being that it is so cold, I feared it would be a few days before I could get someone out there and I didn't want them to wait through the weekend.
I called All American Air and Solar and told the problem. I asked when was the soonest they could get out there and he told me he would get someone out there within a couple of hours. One of the owners showed up, as promised, explained the problem to me, repaired it and told me if there was any other problems it was under contract now. These guys were fabulous and I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

On top of all of this, it didn't break the bank.

The owner came out to our house today (15 min after I called !) as I had just experienced a scare. The Fire Dept had just been here as we thought we had an electrical fire. The FD determined that it was the HVAC system I called All American as they had installed our TRANE 8 yrs ago for us. The owner came out and didnt charge us for his time and spent a great deal of time and care looking into the cause of the burning smell. Once he determined that is was likely the capacitor- he called one of his technicians to bring over the part one he was available and to confirm that the motor was completely operational.

Long story shorter-- while we thought we would likely have a cold few days ahead waiting for the part to come in ( w Xmas this week) - they had the part and it was installed w/in hrs of the original call. The technician was also very thorough and even ran a camera up the flue to see if there were any blockages. The could have easily charged us for a new motor instead as it originally appeared that was the problem and the cause of the burning smell. The motor was getting really hot and working over time as the capacitor was faling. We are so thankful to have a warm house on this cold eve. I also really appreciate them explaining the the problem to me in layman's terms.
