I LOVE these guys! Our technician, Louis, was amazing. Even before arriving, we were communicating throughout the process via text and call.

He came in and replaced our current Bradford White water heater with the updated model as requested. Strong dude.... he lifted the water heater in an are within the garage that was tight to navigate.

He walked me through everything before he began his work, including the ongoing maintenance.

Friendly, on-time, communicative, clean, respectful and professional!

Will use All Aloha in the future for sure!

Our water heater was leaking, and I had contacted All Aloha and another company. At first, I was going to go with All Aloha, but the other company came in with a lower price. So obviously, during these times, money strapped, I opted to cancel and go with the latter. John contacted me immediately to see what they could do for me since I had already put a deposit. I have nothing but praises for this company. Starting with the front office, management, and, of course, technicians. Travis and Ashley, who have been so welcoming when setting up appointments, John, who was willing to work with me and Lou, who always does an amazing job and makes things right. I've used All Aloha in the past, and I highly recommend them. Not to mention their quick response!

Outrageously inflated price quotes, even after their manufactured ""discounts"". Thought it was a small local business, but turns out it's a big company, just headquartered in Hawaii. Salesy service man. Do not recommend.

Highly recommended!!! I called All Aloha Plumbing on a Saturday evening and they came out the next day...yes, Sunday. Greg answered the phone and was very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. Lou is the technician who came out on Sunday and was also fantastic! Both gentlemen were also extremely professional. They both clearly care about their customers. I was very impressed with the care they both took to provide excellent service. I'm so happy to have found All Aloha Plumbing and will definitely recommend and use them again!
