This company tricked me in to signing a contract making me think I was signing for the bill and when completed the toilet was flushing but very slowly not like how it regularly does so I had to have a second plumber come the same day and they found the cause of clog... and Hawaii drain pros tried to tell me I needed to get a new toilet because it was old... and so since they didn't fix them real problem just cleared up a little... I asked for a refund... and then they tried to tell me I signed a contract that I was tricked in to signing because they made it look like it was for the credit card I used.... if I could rate zero stars I would .

Excellent customer service! My girlfriend needed assistance with a badly clogged pipe to her toilet. Ashley promptly responded via Yelp and contacted us the next day. Call takers consistently kept us informed of when the technician would arrive up to 30 mins from arrival. We were glad to see Landry when he arrived. He assessed the situation, clearly articulated to us the issues and the steps he would take and gave a quote before starting work. Even after the work was done, late on a Friday afternoon, Landry again explained the issue, why it happened, and future steps to take and he didn't rush. He then read us the invoice and explained each line patiently. I wish every company had this much expertise, communication, empathy, and excellent customer service! Girlfriend is now stress free! Water was leaking from the tank in my restaurant so I called them up to have a look at it. They came on the next day and found out the tank was needed to be replaced. They placed an order for me and came back on the next day to install it. They gave me some advise on how to maintain the tank with the newly installed tank and I signed up for a maintenance contract for 5 years. They were so prompt in carrying out their work and so kind and supportive, trying to explain a possible cause for the water leakage. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants prompt assistance.

I dont normally write reviews. But HDP was AMAZING! I had a plumbing emergency at the building i manage and could not get anyone out. I called 10 different ""emergency plumbers"" on a Sunday and all were booked. Jaron came out assessed the issue showed, me the price before the work and got straight to it. He also helped with clean up.THANK YOU JARON! If ever in need of a true emergency plumber i highly recommend them!

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would! My husband scheduled an 8am appointment days in advance but Hawai'i Drain Pros never showed! They called hours after they were suppose to be here to give a BS excuse and then waited until 6pm to give us recommendations for their sister company. Please don't waste your time with this company. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and they will give you the run around! Beware of this company they aren't professional enough to take care of business!!!!

We had a pipe leak just before New Year's Eve, but couldn't get a plumber. We were able to temporarily patch it, but after the New Year we had a burst on the same pipe in a different area. It feeds water from the main line into the house. We had to shut off all water to the house, so this was an emergency fix. Sent out a request for services/quotation on Yelp. Most plumbers were not available for same day/immediate service. Got a response from Hawaii Drain Pros via Ashley and they had a good rating, so I called right away. I explained the situation and she said she could get a technician out within a few hours. Jaron and (I think Ryan?) came just after lunch. I showed them both problems and Jaron explained what he had to do. He gave me a quote, which initially shocked me, but I needed the work done immediately. He gave me a senior discount, at least, and a one year warranty, which is 6 months longer than Roto-Rooter. He had to change out 2 areas of copper piping, which included digging/clearing out some ground to expose all the pipe. One area had an odd type of piping as my house is 60 yo and has had some repiping done before. That was a problem area as he had a difficult time finding the right type of connection. He also advised to put a pressure regulator because our house is very old and didn't have one. The pressure coming in from the main is very strong and he said that is what causes leaky faucets and toilets and burst pipes. So he had to call the Board of Water Supply to come shut off and turn back on the main line. He repiped our old water shut off system with new copper pipes, a new valve, a regulator and gauges to monitor the pressure from the main and to the house. Jaron was very professional, polite and explained very clearly what my options were and what he was going to do. They even had to work in the rain because it was outside, but they continued and finished everything. I think they're pricing is high, but I feel they do quality work, they warranty for a year, they conduct themselves very professionally and politely. I would recommend them and use them again.

We discovered a leak coming from the shut off valve outside of our unit a few weeks ago. Tried calling numerous places to get quotes but when they saw that they'd have to cut into our cement to fix the problem, no response. We finally decided to call Hawaii Drain Pros. Spoke to Ashley and she was super friendly, helpful, and was able to get someone out to us immediately. Jaron came and told us exactly what needed to be fixed, how long it would take, and gave us a quote on the spot. I was concerned that because of the holiday season, he wouldn't be able to get to us until after New Years. To my surprise, he was able to fit us in the next day! They came, fixed our valve quickly, cleaned up, and was done faster than I expected. His work was neat and he even fixed the cement that he had to cut into to reach the valve. As a former Hawaii independent school President and a former California business owner, I know quality service and great customer relations when I see it! Hawaii Drain Pros certainly delivers on both counts! My toilet input valve broke, as well as the internal float mechanism. As a result, the water flowed continuously from the broken valve into the tank and then out the tank drain. As long as the drain didn't clog, I had no flood. But the valve and internal mechanism needed to be replaced immediately. I used Yelp to get five plumbing bids. Hawaii Drain Pros (Stephanie) called back immediately and promised to have a plumber-technician here within two hours (between 12 - 2 PM). No other plumbing service responded until Hawaii Drain Pros were already on their way! Ryan arrived promptly at 1: 30 PM, assessed the situation, and gave me a bid to replace the valve (requiring water cut off in the building) and internal toilet mechanism. After the initial bid was a bit high, Ryan and their management team lowered the price and gave me a great final bid to make the necessary repairs. Ryan was quick and efficient. He replaced the valve in 20 minutes (necessitating only minimum water interruption in the building), and refurbished all internal parts of the toilet in 55 minutes - a total of 75 minutes. By 3:00 PM, Ryan was out the door and my toilet worked perfectly - no leaks, new quarter-turn valve, and brand new toilet mechanism! I was super-pleased with the work! Despite having no prior relationship with the company, I was pleased and amazed how quickly, efficiently and competently Hawaii Drain Pros responded to my emergency, scheduled their plumber, fixed the broken items, and left me a happy customer. They are deserving of my five star rating ...... and my future business!
