I've worked with this company before to replace the pressure regulator on my home, then used them on several large jobs with the property management company I work for. This time I asked for an estimate to replace a kitchen and bathroom faucet in my home and to re-configure a garbage disposal placement- labor only as I purchased the materials on my own. The $35.00 estimate I paid for came in at just under $1700. Outrageous. I found another company that completed the job, expertly and quickly, for just under $400. And yes, they offered a Covid discount knowing times are hard. I will never call or recommend All Aloha Plumbing again. Professional? Yes. Great customer service? Yes. Grossly and ridiculously overpriced ? YES.

I usually use Allen's Plumbing but had a really frustrating experience, so I tried All Aloha Plumbing. Best decision ever. I submitted a request online on the weekend for a quote and received a call on the following Monday with an estimate. I promptly scheduled for Friday. On Thursday I received a call letting me know that he was going to be later than expected, so I agreed to be rescheduled for the next morning. RAY showed up right on time and was very friendly and professional. As someone who has worked in the customer service industry for years. RAY was exceptional and they should be proud to have him as part of the team. COMMUNICATION was amazing.

This company is very efficient and quick to respond to plumbing issues. Our toilet bowls were clogged in the middle of the night and there was no way we were going to be able to leave it that way over night. We called them and they were able to send someone immediately to take care of our issue. I would definitely give them a 5 star for an awesome job and the technician was extremely professional and polite even though it was late at night. We appreciate this company and they have certainly earned our business.

Ryan Ramos, one of the All Aloha Plumbing staff came over to my home today, 2/4, to fix my garbage disposal. To my amazement, he was able to fix and saved my disposal machine! Our kitchen sink got more and more clogged and then stopped draining completely. After many unsuccessful attempts to snake it we could not get the pipe cleared and our regular plumber said we might have to install new pipes as there seems to be a serious problem with the plumbing. I wanted a second opinion and gave Hawaii drain pros a call and they did the hydrojet flush and it cleared the pipes that were completely clogged with corrosion and grease. Now the water runs off great and they recommended using Bio-clean to treat the pipes monthly to keep gunk from building up again. This service was not cheap but much better than installing new pipes, so we are very happy it worked.

I contacted Hawaii Drain Pros to repair a sewer leak under my house. Jadon and his colleague were very professional in repairing the leak and improving the sewer line. Office answering service gals are sincere and helpful. The 2 techs that came out were great and knowledgeable. They were able to remedy all my plumbing issues. They were curtious to me and respectful of our things. Cleaned up after they were done. I know they were very very busy with other work in our condo.
