Office answering service gals are sincere and helpful. The 2 techs that came out were great and knowledgeable. They were able to remedy all my plumbing issues. They were curtious to me and respectful of our things. Cleaned up after they were done. I know they were very very busy with other work in our condo. But i never got the impression they needed to get me done and go be somewhere else. Appreciate this type of customer service.. Mahalo

I can't say enough about how my wife and were impressed by Deven. He did a major pipe replacement for us. By major I mean every pipe in the house needed repair. His experience and work ethic made us feel at ease with the process. He explained the process and pricing beforehand. He kept us updated as the job moved along. The final result was as promised. He had our full trust and confidence and did not disappoint us in any way. I have dealt with different plumbing companies and Aloha Plumbing gets an A+.

This is the BEST plumbing service I've dealt with on island. Receptionist is very friendly and professional. Service is speedy and top notch. I've had them remove a root intrusion in one sewer line and a faulty wax seal on a different toilet.

After looking in vain for someone who could fix our jacuzzi bathtub, we stumbled across All Aloha Plumbing. John, their serviceman, was scheduled and the office did a fantastic job keeping us posted on his arrival. John checked out the tub, made a diagnosis, and provided an estimate within a few minutes of his visit. We scheduled the repair and John was spot on with his diagnosis. The repair could not have gone more smoothly and the cost was as expected. We can honestly say that this was the best repair service we have ever received. These people are terrific! We needed a very small repair to replace our pull out hose on our kitchen faucet and we just couldn't get the old one removed. The office is very kind and professional and scheduled someone the next day. He was on time, pleasant and fast. Plus they're all paperless which we love. Highly recommend All Aloha Plumbing!

I had roto rooter plumber came in 10/1 2018 installed my hot water heater after that my house get air in my water line I called them they came back tell me it my faucet problem but I just changed my new faucet then I called again they came back still not fix then again 3 times problem still not fix . I just so piss off . Then I start searching yelp . I see all Aloha plumber have 5 star and I read people give good comment then I called them they came fixed my problem after all these few times i m so happy i m smart enough to change new plumber company . Aloha plumber said roto rooter plumber is did job totally wrong . Installed way is illegal way . And Aloha plumber company Customet Servier is very good they respond so fast and friendly. Job get done quickly too . I high recommend call all Aloha plumber . You can get joe done right at first time
