This company is very efficient and quick to respond to plumbing issues. Our toilet bowls were clogged in the middle of the night and there was no way we were going to be able to leave it that way over night. We called them and they were able to send someone immediately to take care of our issue. I would definitely give them a 5 star for an awesome job and the technician was extremely professional and polite even though it was late at night. We appreciate this company and they have certainly earned our business.

416 dollars for a 40 minute snake job down one drain is highway robbery. I will not recommend anyone to this company. The technician was very polite and professional. But the price of 416 dollars did not make the price easier to swallow. I feel like I was ripped off. NO ALOHA at All Aloha Plumbing.

(( ALL ALOHA PLUMBING )) VERY UNRELIABLE COMPANY! You schedule an appointment and on the day of your appointment, you sit and wait.... 4 HOURS later you call them and the response you get is, ""Our technician is on another project he's running late"" (Like I have nothing else to do but sit at home for 4+ hours) This has happened 1 to many times, when using (All Aloha Plumbing) So in conclusion if you choose to use this company WARNING: don't make any plans for the day, they will make you WAIT for HOURS until your ""scheduled"" appointment!!! We now use MAUI PLUMBING! They are quick, reliable and professional!!!

The plumber, Steven, did a thorough job of fixing our plumbing. He explained what the problems were and explained in detail how he was going to fix it. He seemed very efficient and knowledgeable. Following is important information. This company charges a huge amount of money for their services. In spite of the fact that Steven did a good job, we will never contact this company again. He charged us a ridiculous amount of money My husband and I are elderly. Our funds are limited. This company has left us reeling financially because of their price gouging The original bill was $1,600 for 3 hours of simple plumbing work. It was lowered to $1,100. This is outrageous. Be aware!

WARNING: Protect your $$$$$$ from All Aloha Plumbing. Unfortunately, everything I'm reading on the reviews about EXORBITANT PRICING is true. Their method of estimating feels like you're getting taken advantage of at a car dealership and not actually getting legitimate pricing for services. The technicians seem to be trained to give you an outrageous price and if you refuse to pay and say no thanks they negotiate down. Why are these prices negotiable in the first place? Shouldn't they just be fair? Be particularly weary of calling All Aloha in an emergency. Calling for emergency plumbing can be an anxious experience - unsure if you'll be price gauged during a vulnerable time. Companies like All Aloha Plumbing are responsible for that feeling. Now... if the quality of workmanship was equal to their pricing, there could be an argument. DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING MORE THAN SUB-PAR INEXPERIENCED PLUMBERS. (The technician was very nice, no offense to them in particular, it's poor management that is responsible) All Aloha ""fixed"" an issue I was having and because they said they tested it a couple times, they considered it complete. It broke first thing next morning. I filled out one of their personal short surveys saying that I wasn't satisfied. I didn't even make any demands, but All Aloha called me to argue about my opinion. This makes me think the positive reviews on places like Yelp have nothing to do with actual customer satisfaction. Bottom line is that the problem wasn't fixed, it was poorly tested, and I paid an exorbitant cost to All Aloha for no resolution. They said the problem was I needed an additional, even more outrageously priced fix. That wasn't true. It wasn't true because I called Steve's Plumbing that day instead and they resolved the problem with the same simple, but this time thoroughly investigated, thoroughly tested solution. Steve's spent more than twice the amount of time making sure everything was done correctly. The entire experience with Steve's was different, I felt taken care of and not taken advantage of. And the pricing was almost half of All Aloha. In the end, All Aloha offered me $100 off the $225 dispatch fee (not the actual service, no... none of that was guaranteed). I was insulted and did not accept. Do better All Aloha, I wanted to like you.

Steven did a great job installing a new On-Demand pump for my water catchment system. He dug a new trench for the water supply line and hooked up new pipe to the motor. After testing everything works great and the pump is a lot quieter than the old one. Very satisfied.

Ryan Ramos, one of the All Aloha Plumbing staff came over to my home today, 2/4, to fix my garbage disposal. To my amazement, he was able to fix and saved my disposal machine! Which would cost me 500-600$ to replace. Kudos to RYAN.! You did such a good job! Anyone who needs a plumbing job, I highly recommend All Aloha Plumbing, 5 stars!!! Gerald Agdinaoay and his assistant came and completed the job on my toilet that I requested in a timely manner. The completed job was excellent and to my liking.
