Like having used car salesman right there in your house!

Gave these folks a call because they had both bath remodel and plumbing and decent reviews (they seem to be all about reviews!) and I needed some work done that would include tile work.

They were very pleasant folks, jolly even. But their pricing is next level high, and here is where things started to go RIGHT downhill. First is the attempt to tack on their stupid subscription service plans, followed by multiple ""service"" options - which are just really additionally high priced additional warranty options. Like checking out at best buy in the 90's or something...

Then, when I balked at the price we did the whole let me call my manager thing... So now I'm listening while they are on speakerphone (of course!) so they can do their little song and dance. We can drop 400 bucks off that, and do this and that, but only if he writes us a great review!

Treat your view of the things you see here with the perspective that they are willing to negotiate for a promise of good reviews - and use that info in whatever way you want....

Also, it was only during this little bit of theater between the ""manager"" and one of the service techs that they actually disclosed they didn't have a tile guy, and they would just give me the number to one they happened to know or something. And their crazy high pricing didn't even include that work.

That's the point I sent them on their way...

Frankly, I think they would have done a fine job. I'd probably even use them for a small and obvious job. They seemed to know what they were doing, were thoughtful about the work. I have no doubt if you had a toilet to be replaced or whatever, the extra overhead their operation requires would only bump your cost a bit. But I don't think I'd use them for anything above handman level type of work.

The whole operation just feels like a manufactured upsell machine with the poor technicians being forced into a sales role instead of you know... plumber. At least the trio of folks I was dealing with had no business in that part of the job, it was comically bad.

In the end - even though I didn't get my $400 discount for writing a review - I figured I'd write one anyway, since I said I would!

Extreme high prices. To give a simple example: Removal and replacement of a (Straight or angle) emergency water supply stop valve line under our kitchen sink, All Aloha Plumbing was going to charge my wife $279.17 installed with parts included.
I was out of town, so I told her to wait until our plumber could get out in a few days and when I was home since it wasn't an emergency.
Our regular plumber came out and we didn't tell him anything about All Aloha Plumbing and he said it would be his standard $65 to replace (remove and install) with parts included for the same work that Aloha quoted to do at $279.17.
I feel they are overpriced or tried to take advantage of my wife since she was the only one at home. They told her that she should have it done asap too. The valve was working fine, we had to turn it off to replace our faucet which is a much bigger quoted price from our plumber. Our plumber is licensed, bonded, and certified, so it is apples to apples.
Faucet replacement cost with faucet provided by Aloha was $622.69 vs our plumber $350.00

Just beware. If you have time to get a second quote, I would highly recommend it.

I had a hydrogen water system installed. They were very responsive and flexible when I initially scheduled the appointment. The technician Kaleb, was very knowledgeable on installation of various systems and was able to install my system without a hitch. Kaleb showed up on time and approximated that it would take 2.5 hours and he was right on the mark! He was very personable, respectful and provided exceptional value for the service rendered. All Aloha is very reasonable with their pricing! I would highly recommend and plan to utilize this company for future services.

I have a slow leak, and Kaleb was easy to explain my water situation , he advised me of the tests he was performing and currently getting my report ready, I feel so much at ease, mold is growing and he is ensuring to educate me on the safety of the removal process and being a single woman buying my first house that I could afford, all this is stressful, but Kaleb is friendly and professional and he is doing an awesome job. Master toilet clogged, backed up to Master shower mid-Nov 2022. Caleb was tech. Friendly, very talkative, and did a pretty intense upscale pitch of VERY expensive services! Seemed to do an ok job. He did some sort of outside inspection before addressing the toilet which then took about 30 min. Today is 2/20 and the toilet is clogged again just 3 mos later. Requested return assessment/repair tomorrow w/different tech. When I Requested diff tech d/t Caleb's high pressure upscale technique her response was, ""Yes, I know. All make all our technicians do that."" Huh......

Came out same day for us when we needed help having been without a kitchen sink since our countertop install 3 days before. They came out and were very friendly, professional, and helpful. It's never fun having to pay extra for an unexpected expense, but they did everything right and did what they could to save us some money. Highly recommend these guys for quick reliable service. Very nice techs and such great clean up after the job was done! I live in Ahwatukee - not sure why it says I live in San Fransico because I have never lived there!!
