So this review is to let you all know that All Affordable is now servicing our HVAC needs. I heard that John was expanding the company and gave him a call because my AC was not blowing cold. As soon as a tech was available I had one here working on the issue. I only have a little bit of knowledge about HVAC systems but it was really nice to see the tech checked everything to make sure he got to the root of the problem. Once he found the problem he fixed it and let me know what was wrong. With that being said I feel well taken care of and I can feel comfortable in the Yuma heat.

Honestly, I'm beyond pleased with the service john provided, to make the story short, our main line for the water got clogged and water kept coming out the drain hole where the washer and dryer are located, he basically right off the bat knew what the problem was over the phone, gave me and estimate and how long it normally takes to complete the job ( something that other companies didn't do ) came over, was extremely professional and extremely kind. Finished the job in his quoted time. First time doing business with John and it won't be the last one. Great local company!

I used to have so much faith in this company, the last couple of times I've had to call them (old house,old plumbing) I've been very disappointed! I called twice yesterday and no one ever called back (had to give all info to 2 different people) and I called this morning (again no call back) I finally called back to say never mind I found someone who said they'd be here within 2 hours (wish I'd have called them yesterday, I wouldn't have had to call into work today)

Would never recommend. A job that should've taken 2 afternoons stretched into two weeks. Quality of work was terrible; employees unprofessional and borderline creepy. No attention to detail was paid to any of their work. Expect your home to be treated with little respect.

1 Star because Yelp wont let you leave ""Zero"". Do not use!!!!! Something happened recently to this company and it's not a Covid issue. I used to use them regularly, and they were prompt and dependable, but not anymore. I finally called to let them know that I will no longer use their services, as this was the 4th and final time that they lied to me about coming out to my house, this time to repair a RO system that they installed. I called them yesterday to confirm they'd be here today, then I called them today to make sure they'd be here today as well. Both times, I received a ""yes, they will be there"". Guess what? Yet, another no show, and yet, not one phone call from them to let me know what the status was. I called them......and only to find out that they wanted to schedule another time and date.....possibly to blow me off as well, again! Not anymore. There's plenty of plumbing businesses that know how to treat the customer. Trust me....this isn't one of them.

If I could leave no stars I would. DO NOT USE THEM!!! I had been using them previously with little to no issues, in the past, however they have absolutely destroyed my home's plumbing. It started with a leak behind my washer, they cut a huge hole, snaked and made repairs. It's been 2 months and no one has returned to repair the drywall as they said they would. In addition, after snaking, my bathroom and kitchen sink got clogged as a result; bathroom flooded from the base of the toilet and kitchen sink won't drain. They came and spent several hours snaking and repairing the toilet. 2 hours after they left, I showered and my entire bathroom flooded again. They came back and supposedly snaked some more and got it cleared. Fast forward a month later; I have to use a bucket in kitchen sink, since it will not drain, the water still leaks from the base of the toilet, and the dry wall still hasn't been replaced behind my washer. I've been told 3 times someone will come, no one has come. They made everything worse, I would NEVER recommend them to my worst enemy. The workers are polite, but I'm in a worse position than when it started.

Called All Affordable to change a leaking toilet bowl to sewer seal on a Friday at 0730hrs at Country Roads RV Park in Yuma. Two guys came out within an hour and pulled the toilet and installed the new seal. It took a couple of hours. Cost $150 - which I thought was fair. A day later the tank to bowl seal started leaking. They arrived on Saturday but with a seal that wouldn't fit. My toilet uses a 3"" seal which is not common. I flushed using a 5 gallon bucket until Monday morning when the same guys fixed the seal leak. No additional charge even though it really wasn't their fault. No way could anyone tell that the second seal would fail. It was just old - 20 years old. I'll use this business for all my plumbing needs. BTW Monica was wonderful !!

Our gas water heater went out and we called ""All Affordable Plumbing and Restoration. They are just Fabulous and we will definitely use them again.

Had an appointment scheduled for 9-10 tHey never showed up. Called at 1030 and they said they got tied up on a previous call rescheduled for another 9-10 appointment a couple days later. They never showed. I called again and theey said they had me for a dIfferent day, a day I was tied up in meeting and would have never confirmed. Wasted two mornings waiting onn them to never show.
