Called All Affordable to change a leaking toilet bowl to sewer seal on a Friday at 0730hrs at Country Roads RV Park in Yuma. Two guys came out within an hour and pulled the toilet and installed the new seal. It took a couple of hours. Cost $150 - which I thought was fair. A day later the tank to bowl seal started leaking. They arrived on Saturday but with a seal that wouldn't fit. My toilet uses a 3"" seal which is not common. I flushed using a 5 gallon bucket until Monday morning when the same guys fixed the seal leak. No additional charge even though it really wasn't their fault. No way could anyone tell that the second seal would fail. It was just old - 20 years old. I'll use this business for all my plumbing needs. BTW Monica was wonderful !!

Had an appointment scheduled for 9-10 tHey never showed up. Called at 1030 and they said they got tied up on a previous call rescheduled for another 9-10 appointment a couple days later. They never showed. I called again and theey said they had me for a dIfferent day, a day I was tied up in meeting and would have never confirmed. Wasted two mornings waiting onn them to never show.

My toilet broke in the middle of the night and I was able to get help through the phone right away. Service is great and would highly recommend for very affordable prices.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. The lady who works in this office, Monica, is a horrible first impression for this company. She had a $2,500 job approved to begin work that was an emergency and she flaked on it. She stated that even though I told her my job was an emergency, if another emergency comes in that will trump mine. 3 days it got pushed until I finally pulled the job from her. I wonder if the owner knows she is just walking away from that kind of money for his company

Installed part backwards and needed re-installing 90 days later. Said manufacturer warranty was only good for 30 days and incorrect installation was not the reason for failure (likely the case). They charged for the second (replacement) part and agreed not to charge for labor for 2nd installation (somewhat reasonable). Did not show up for scheduled appointment on Monday and then refused to come out the next day (Tuesday). Called Above All Plumbing and paid extra but they repaired everything within two hours.

Un-ethical company that tries to take advantage of old people. City of Yuma sent a notice of a potential leak. These guys show up and want $4k from grandpa to basically re-plumb the house. They talked about a payment plan and wanted to start immediately. They even wanted the caretaker to help sign the check. Luckily the caretaker said no. After having a friend familiar with plumbing look for the leak we called them back and ask them where the leak was and they never gave us a specific answer. I ended up calling another company and found it was $100 part on the water softener that kept running. So in summary the $4K of work that they would have done would not have even solve the problem, in fact they never even identify the problem in the first place! They saw they could take advantage of an elderly customer who they thought would not know better. This is no different than a telemarketer scam that tries to scam old people out of money on their computer. Highly unethical business that puts profit over people

Great job not too expensive. I was replacing a cartridge and only part came out. The technician got the remainder out without wrecking everything and replaced. Good job! Would definitely recommend

Shout out to Mike for caring about providing excellent customer service! This company genuinely cares about doing the right thing and not ripping people off and they need to give this man a raise! He came out in this 121° weather and was still courteous and professional and had a smile on his face! It's a bit of a wait at times because they are short staffed but I promise it is worth the wait to save the money and have things done the right way! Mike was honest and straight forward with what he feels the issue is at my Mom's, he didn't try to keep squeezing out cash like some other companies have here in Yuma. As a matter of fact he gave us his honest recommendation and what to do... get this to.. SAVE US MONEY and fix the REAL ISSUE! I wish more people would practice such honesty and professionalism! I highly recommend them for your plumbing services! No matter how small or large the job is! Ever since the first experience with Mike and this company we will not seek out work from any other plumber here in Yuma!

After getting a run around from another plumber, called All Affordable at 12:30pm, met me at the house at 3pm and another hot water heater was installed the next day. Excellent service and Steve, the plumber was very professional and informative. I could not have been more satisfied
