Very disappointed with this company. Emergency plumbing repair ended up being tracked all over the home.. Sewer water, beeswax, and ceiling insulation stomped into our carpets, rugs, floors. Messes left. Our equipment damaged while used to clean initial area and owner refused to reimburse. As a professional contractor and business owner, I would not use these guys or recommend them to anyone.

These guys were absolutely fantastic. I recently had a drain issue under the house that required an excavation through the basement floor. I currently live in Seattle and my tenant was able to secure an assessment with All Action on fairly short notice. Jeff and his team were able to pinpoint the location of the problem resolve it in a 24-hour period, at an extremely reasonable price and the ease of knowing I won't have to worry about this drain again. It's worth noting that this was done while coordinating with me from across the country. I never once felt out of the loop or the need to question their process.

All Action handled themselves with master skill and efficiency, and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone in need of any plumbing assistance in their home or business, large or small. Much thanks to All Action for the excellent work.

A measure of a great company is what they do when things go wrong. Here is my story with All Action Plumbing. You decide if this is a company worth your time and money.

May 2017: My sewer line backed up, All Action Plumbing came. They snaked the line and ran a camera into it. It was apparent that the clay tiles were a mess, both inside the home and outside. I asked them to give me an estimate to replace the sewer line that ran under the home.

June 2017: All Action Plumbing came to replace the sewer pipe in the basement. I left for awhile. When I came back, the floor was patched up. (should have asked for proof, but didn't)

One year later......

Late May 2018: Basement flooded with sewer water. I called another company to run a snake and camera through the sewer line. As the camera went through the pipe, all we saw were RED clay tiles. NO NEW PVC.

June 2018: After many failed attempts to contact All Action Plumbing, on 6/20 I finally got Larry to return my call. Larry, from All Action Plumbing, said that he did do the work and would come out and show me. We scheduled a time, 8 am on 6/26.

Larry did not show up on 6/26. We rescheduled for 7 am on 6/29.

Larry did not show again. After many calls, he said that he would show up, but there would be a service fee. I said forget about it. (I already paid them $1,300. I wasn't going to give them anymore money.)

Larry reached out to me on 6/30, apologized and said he could come out first thing Tuesday (7/3). I said okay. Tuesday came and went without All Action Plumbing. Later that day, he said how about Thursday.

Three failed attempts to meet, I said no more.

Late July, I had a second company come out and replace the sewer line out to the street. They also ran a camera into the home and verified what the first company said.....NO NEW SEWER PIPE.

I contacted All Action Plumbing and asked for a refund of my money....you guessed it, no response.

Jeff is the owner of All Action Plumbing, but you can't get ahold of him. Larry runs interference. Regardless, neither of them will return my calls.

All Action Plumbing isn't a licensed company. You can check here: https://elicense4.com.ohio.gov/Lookup/LicenseLookup.aspx

They also don't pull permits.

They also charge more if you ask for a W-9.

Learn from me, when it comes to skilled services, use one that carries a license and stands behind their work.

I have an older house (1930's) with a storm drain that was not working. Recently had a company (the name rhymes with Scooter) try to clear the line (they couldn't) and then shot a video which showed lots of roots in the line. $800 later they told me that the drain needs to be replace for $10,000. So I found All Action on Craigslist and asked them to replace the line for me. Jeff was insistent on trying to clear it with their equipment and I was just as insistent that i wanted a new line. Finally, I said, Ok, what do I have to lose? They worked on it for about two hours and found the line fully packed with mud and roots-there was ZERO water coming to the street. finally, we started to see some water coming past the cleanout and then they broke the whole mess free. I couldn't have been more impressed. After aggressively cleaning out all the lines they ran a video through and showed me how the lines were now cleared. I'm adding copper sulphate (it kills roots) to keep it that way. These guys were the best and they were as excited to see the problem fixed as i was. AND they saved me a messy full-blown excavation that would have been plenty expensive. THAT'S integrity! Way to go Jeff & Co.!
