Rudest receptionist in town. Threatened to put a lien on my house and I didn't even owe them anything yet. Run, don't walk AWAY!

**UPDATE**
After waiting a whole week for a return phone call I called them back and was rudely told (by Kelly - the nice receptionist from my previous post) that ""because of your poor review we just assumed that you didn't want to hear back from us."" ? After explaining, again, that I had to literally repair two things that they broke while they replaced a heat exchanger in my WH, I was rudely told, ""Ok, well we will mail you a check for $65. Mail already went out today so ?...""
Added another star to the rating because they refunded $65, even if it was a rude encounter. I wish they would've simply used decent customer service and verbally fixed the situation.
Definitely wouldn't recommend, unless you're in a pinch and no one else is available.

FANTASTIC JOB!! I can't say enough about how well I was treated from my first phone call to the moment the last truck left from All About You Plumbing and Heating. Ron, Teran and Dave all worked together to clear out more than 100' of piping from our clogged drain all the way to the main. These guys were absolutely set on getting the job done - and more importantly - getting the job done right. I highly recommend this company and they will be my first choice for any future plumbing or drain issues in our home. I even put their number in my phone!

The first time our gas heater didn't work when it was frigid outside, we called AAY on a Sunday. The guy called us back immediately, but was on another case and forgot to call us back. The next morning at 8 a.m., my husband called AAY, and the repairman apologized and came right out. The heater needed a part that he had to order. On Wednesday the repairman brought his assistant, a young man, who noticed that our roof's exhaust pipe had rusted through. They replaced it which fixed the heater, as it had an automatic shut-off they thought. My husband vacuumed up the mess they left from climbing the stairs and going through the closet's attic entrance.
A week later, our gas heater died again when it was 22oF. outside. We decided to buy a new gas heater when we told how much it would cost to fix it. The young man (YM) (I know his name) gave us inadequate and incorrect information (we found out later) to make a good decision on which model to buy. He told us that AAY did not bill nor have an installment plan. We had to pay by credit card. I paid the bill in full after installation and received an inadequately completed invoice.
YM and his co-worker were willing to install the new gas heater the next day - Saturday - for a $250. weekend fee. They came promptly at 8 a.m. Immediately after installation, we didn't feel any air coming from the register in the kitchen, so we asked them to fix that. They did. Then they left before the blower turned on again. When the heater started up, rackety, banging, whistling sounds came through the vents. Other problems were discovered.
We called the office and the answering service answered the phone. The young man returned on Wednesday and lowered the volume of the airflow coming through the vents. That was all he did. When I told him about the other problems, he just stood there and refused to do anything. He had never heard of putting sound baffles on the sheet metal to muffle the noise. He was rude and told me I should have bought the more expensive unit. Unbelievable, but true. I called several times over the next four months and left messages with the answering service and received no call-backs. An email was not answered. We paid the bill and now we've been abandoned, apparently because we didn't buy the expensive heater.

All about you plumbing what can I say about this company their employees are rude and disrespectful when they come to your appointment. They smile outside your front door and get pissy when you ask them to move. We will never have this company back to complete any work. A monkey has better manners.
