I had a problem with both the water softener system and the R/O system. James and his staff arrived early for both appointments. They called ahead and asked if they could arrive earlier the morning of the appointments. They were so professional and actually charged less than the estimate. I highly recommend this company.

I currently have a situation that is dire with my water softener. I called the office twice, called the emergency number 2-3 times and no response.
You should not have an emergency number if you aren't going to respond.
Shame on them for their lack of professionalism and reliability.
Side note, they are the same company that installed the system.
If you want good customer service, use a regular plumber, as that is what I had to resort to doing, on an emergent basis, which we know how costly that is on a weekend.
Hope the owners are enjoying their last good river weekend on the water.

Called and got next day service, on time, checked all our water from outside pressure to water softener, to water purity, fixed the lousy flow from our reverses osmosis system, changed the filters. answered all our questions. Professional. will definitely use in the future. GREAT JOB.
