Terrible business practice to mail out misleading post cards in the hopes that some poor unsuspecting person will call in and get duped into purchasing your products. It is a surefire way to make me be sure to never use your services and post reviews in the hopes to make others aware!

Thought I would post here to show what this company is really about. Just purchased a property and this was in my mailbox. Talk about piss poor business practices. What is EWS? Google didnt even know. This company is actually called All About Water, as stated by another reviewer. So are you EWS or All About Water? It doesnt really matter I would never do business with a company that advertises in this manner.
I am no business major but pretty sure this isnt the way to drum up new business. Stating you have a ""parcel"" for me..really what are you now the USPS too? Oh and when I call I need to ask for Miss Burke? Yea because that makes a whole lot of sense.

Sorry EWS All About Water or whatever you call yourself you couldnt fool this new homeowner.

This company is aka EcoWater Systems (EWS). They drop a postcard in your mail stating ""We have been unable to contact you by phone. Please contact us within three (3) days. We have a parcel for you.""

I refuse to do business with any company that uses such deceiving sales tactics.

We purchases our Eco-Water system from All About Water a few years ago. We found the customer service to be wanting then. Since then we have had to call for service on the system. All About Water charges over $100 for the first 30 minutes of service and over $50 for every half hour after that. We called the other EcoWater system provider in the Phoenix area and found that the service charge was $52 and that would be deducted from your bill if you had additional charges due to repairs.

Jeremy saw the problem with my water conditioner unit immediately & told me exactly what needed to be done. He explained my options & fixed the unit quickly. He told me about the maintenance plan available & I decided to take advantage of it. Jeremy has been coming to my home for a few years & is always pleasant & helpful!

Eco Water filters are great and easy to maintain. The Techs do a great job when they come for the yearly service check ups. The service tech Jeremy P. always does a great job and is very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend to others.

Great service and very friendly. Did a good job and explained the maintenance to us. He also told us about a maintenance plan we could purchase but did not high pressure us, just left the info.
