They are great about answering the phone and immediately creating a work ticket. Once a crew gets assigned the ticket the communication is above and beyond. That was my experience with All About U plumbing. To top it off their rates are very reasonable.

don't use this company! you will have to have another plumber to come out and fix their job in less than a month! complete ripoff!!
horrible customer service! doesn't respond to messages. don't do quality work, just the bare minimum. doesn't show up during working hours, will make an excuse to show up after hours and charge more money.

called this company to install a tankless electric hot water heater. They arrived and told us that a small plastic piece was bent and they could not install the hot water heater. We ordered a new one and when they came back while disassembling our current water heater told us that he could not install the electric portion and we would have to have a separate electric company come out hook up the electric. We were quoted $550 to install it, but when I asked if he could discount the price since it was not going to be fully operational. He is unsure about the electric and doesn't want to do our job. The technician then proceeded to get angry at me, yell at me and blame us for the problem. Very very poor customer service. Why wouldn't they tell us this the first time they came out or after we sent a dozen photos before they came out?

THE BEST OF THE BEST!!! talk about getting down to business. AFFORDABLE, HONEST, EFFICIENT!!! Look no where else! These guys were in and out under a half hour. My wife and I just got a house and our master bathroom kept backing up into the shower. i tried resolving the issue myself but ended up needing to call THE PROS and THESE GUYS ARE IT. i cannot express my gratitude enough for coming out the same day i called them. cleared my main line which was completely stuck with sludge etc.. wow so happy, made our day. thanks guys for your commitment to excellence!
