Really great service I called them for well kinda an emergency at the bakery and while others stated possibly a couple weeks wait they came the next day. They were friendly on time and cleaned up and got the job done. It was a pleasure to work with them and we will again. I would recommend them and fair pricing as well.

All About Pipes installed a hot water circulator and incorrectly replaced stainless steel braided hoses without cleaning the bypass valve which created 4 leaks and ruined a vanity. When asked about issue that caused leaks, they brushed it off and said it was due to hard water. I then purchased a water testing kit and the water had zero hardness. In addition, this company re-piped my house and claimed they replaced the important Pressure Release Valve. I called another plumber and found the Pressure Release Valve to be original to 1997 house. Without replacing Pressure Release Valve, the house pressure surged to 100-140 PSI causing more water damage from water surges.

Nice receptionist and scheduler. Fairly open with appointments. So, the plumber, Dan, was about 45 minutes late in arriving, but called to let us know. He also apologized profusely. We had a leaky faucet in the laundry room that needed repairing. It required a little piece of rubber to get it fixed and the invoice was $157.66. Seems like a bit much, but what do I know? I'm sure most of that was for the service charge. They are eager to quote on a recycle pump to get hot water to the master bathroom much faster. It makes sense, as we wait for a few minutes each morning to get hot water back there. Waiting for a quote and just hoping it won't involve a little piece of rubber fitting, or else we won't be able to afford it! Dan was great and I would call and ask for him again. Overall, two thumbs up.

The lady that answered was friendly. The owner was too when he arrived to my house. I wouldn't say he blew my mind with his attention to detail as he didn't even look upstairs in the attic to see the pipe that needed to be flushed out, but he still somehow managed to quote me a price for it.?. I guess this was his normal quoting procedure, but his clear desire to focus on the more expensive pieces of my needs couldn't be missed.

I never heard back from them after I got a high quote which I thought was a poor business decision. I honestly expected them to circle back around to at least generate revenue from some of the work, but I guess they have enough to keep them busy and don't need my smaller jobs. Fair enough.
