I woke up to a ruptured water line days after being out of power due to the hurricane. I Googled plumbers in my area and chose All About the Pipes. Im so glad I did! Same day service. Brad and Jason came out and with surgical precison , had me completely done with 15 minutes ! Totally impressed : and I love supporting local businesses. I found out today that its owned by a woman!! How awesome is that !!. I have also recommended them to someone else even hours after my repair. Luckily for me, Mine was a simple repair but none the less as appreciated. These folks are the real deal, just like us, and are so down to earth. When you give your earned money to a business you expect a few things. Such as professionalism, Respectful, Clear Communication . I got that and more from these fine people. The young lady I initiially spoke to was so kind, letting me know they were on the way, even if there was a delay she let me know- they were already done before I knew it. I first experienced them by helping a friend who was busy. I stayed at his house and worked with the plumber. Wonderful experience.I just had to have them come in and replace my main shut off plus the one behind my refrigerator. And while they were here, they redid my outside faucet. It took about half the time I thought it was going to. Extremely nice guys cleaned up everything. And what can I say about Mary the owner. Very professional, and still being extremely friendly. It was a pleasure to work with these people. And cost wise a lot less than I had thought it would be.

Our gas water heater started leaking after 12 yrs, so this past week, All About the Pipes' technicians Alex and Noah expertly installed a new one. Mary, the owner, guided us on which brand is best for us, which we greatly appreciate. Obviously, all brands claim to be ""the best."" We checked reviews for this company prior to working with it, and also last year the company gave us some great advice on an issue we were having. Very happy, all-around, and we highly recommend All About The Pipes..

I had a leak in my outside hose spigot. They called and offered to come out a day earlier than my scheduled appointment which worked great for my schedule. The plumber Dereck was courteous and professional and explained to me everything that was fixed. The work was done for a very reasonable price. Overall, an excellent experience!

I had a very good experience with All About the Pipes Plumbing! We had 2 outdoor spigots that were leaking, and I could not figure out the problem. I contacted them to see what the issue was, and what needed to be done to fix it. The appointment process was easy, and the servicemen were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue and repaired it in about 20 minutes! I was extremely pleased with the service, and will keep them as my ""go-to"" plumbers. I highly recommend them!

Really great service I called them for well kinda an emergency at the bakery and while others stated possibly a couple weeks wait they came the next day. They were friendly on time and cleaned up and got the job done. It was a pleasure to work with them and we will again. I would recommend them and fair pricing as well.
