My parents AC broke over Labor Day weekend, there was a heat wave and my father called these guys to come out and take a look. Our usual plumber was unfortunately away that weekend. My father was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy. Sam came out, told my father they needed to replace the entire unit which would be $4k and left. We waited for our plumber who advised us that disconnect part was missing from their unit and ended up fixing the unit for $200. We called Sam asking to return the disconnect that was taken from the unit and he said they would send it in the email as they were too busy to come back. He told us his technician determined a new unit was needed, when he was the technician. It's not ok to try to scam people to make a quick buck, and it's even worse when you try to scam people who are terminally ill and have enough to deal with. Shame on this company and their employees.

If you want to ruin your home and pay lots of money. This is the plumber for you. They use cheap parts and unlicensed friends to work on my house. Overpriced and my insurance refused to pay for their job after inspection. Caulking came off and toilet leaks from the bottom.

We had an emergency situation with a clogged sewer drain. These guys worked for 6 hours till past midnight to rectify the problem and wouldn't give up. Very accommodating and cleaned and mopped the floor after all was finished

However the price seemed excessive.

They came to my home to fix a clogged toilet. They charged me almost a thousand dollars and less than 12 hours later the toilet clogged up again. When I called them to ask them to make good on their repairs, they became abusive by yelling. They called me back and started yelling again, I guess to try to intimidate me. I do not recommend Day & Night HVAC. Stay away!
