I didn't have water this morning, and when I called one plumber, he said he was all booked up but referred me to Jose at All About Rooter. Jose promptly came out and saved the day!!!

He made some great recommendations after fixing the issue, and the prices are more than fair. They've definitely earned a loyal customer - I won't call anyone else for all my plumbing needs. Thanks Jose!!!

I highly recommend All About Rooter. I had a sewer backup at my rental property and had just signed up for a home warranty company so had to use their people. Had 2 of their guys come on two separate occasions and they were not able to clear the blockage, in fact, they were snaking the wrong drain. I called All About Rooter and Jose and his associate came, accessed the situation, used their jetter and scope and had the drain cleared in about an hour. Jose was very knowledgeable, quick (and you need that with plumbing issues), pleasant, professional and very reasonably priced. They even have payment plans if needed. I will call them again for any plumbing needs.

So we've had a tub that has been ""clogged"" for some time now. We tried all the popular chemical solutions hoping that it would help break through and drain properly but unfortunately we were unable to fix it. We had a very popular rooting company come out and give an estimate and they were looking for $450 after taxes! We chose to have All About Rooter come out out, he quoted me $280 less than the competition! We will definitely be using them again!

I've called these guys in the past and was really pleased with their quote for replacing our water heater. Recently needed plumbing services again for a burst pipe connection. Couldn't get out water to shut off late Friday night in the middle of the Holiday weekend. Jose came out that night at no charge(!!!)(I told him we'd pay) and helped us get the meter shut off as much as possible, then offered solutions to our pipe problem. After trying to fix it ourselves over the weekend and digging a huge hole, we called Jose again on Monday morning and they had a guy come out just a couple hours later and fix our pipe for a very reasonable cost. He also came in and flushed the sediment out of our faucets. Great company. I hope I never have to call again for a plumbing problem but if we have a plumbing issue we will definitely be calling All About Rooter.

We had a kitchen sink that backed-up a little when running the disposal; we made an appointment thru their website which stated that an estimate would be provided, which never came before they arrived; two persons arrived the next day with a plumbing snake and ran water to assess that a blockage needed to be cleared; they then said the cost would be $325+; while we thought the cost was high, we felt compelled to go ahead with the work; they completed the work in 15 minutes, which confirmed that the cost was indeed high. Next time (with another company) we will obtain an estimate first, which is what AAR should have provided BEFORE scheduling an appointment.

Today we had our clogged sink garbage disposal serviced by Devan and BJ. They were very professional and courteous. They were very efficient in completing the work and also gave us some useful tips for what to not put in the sink garbage disposal. We recommend them and this company. Jose responded very quickly to us when our sewer line cracked in the front yard. He actually showed up (many times people don't!), was extremely professional and was able to start the job within one day. As we were not able to flush, use the dishwasher or washing machine, starting quickly was a bonus. His crew showed up bright and early as promised, were very professional/polite/helpful and completed the job ahead of schedule! I have never been so happy to be able to flush, wash dishes and clothes. As a real estate agent, I was able to go out and ask the crew questions about how they were repairing the line and take photos to share with my clients. They were welcoming of my ""20 questions"" which I appreciated. I highly recommend you start with this company first

Devan and BJ just came to our house and saved the day!! Our kitchen sink was clogged they found the problem with in minutes of being in the crawl space. Pipe wasn't placed correctly to drain out good. So it was causing water and nasty food to back up into both sides of our sink! They cut and placed the pipes correctly and our problem was fixed!! They were both very friendly, professional and cleaned everything up after they were done! I HIGHLY recommend them!!
