We had a kitchen sink that backed-up a little when running the disposal; we made an appointment thru their website which stated that an estimate would be provided, which never came before they arrived; two persons arrived the next day with a plumbing snake and ran water to assess that a blockage needed to be cleared; they then said the cost would be $325+; while we thought the cost was high, we felt compelled to go ahead with the work; they completed the work in 15 minutes, which confirmed that the cost was indeed high. Next time (with another company) we will obtain an estimate first, which is what AAR should have provided BEFORE scheduling an appointment.

Today we had our clogged sink garbage disposal serviced by Devan and BJ. They were very professional and courteous. They were very efficient in completing the work and also gave us some useful tips for what to not put in the sink garbage disposal. We recommend them and this company. Jose responded very quickly to us when our sewer line cracked in the front yard. He actually showed up (many times people don't!), was extremely professional and was able to start the job within one day. As we were not able to flush, use the dishwasher or washing machine, starting quickly was a bonus. His crew showed up bright and early as promised, were very professional/polite/helpful and completed the job ahead of schedule! I have never been so happy to be able to flush, wash dishes and clothes. As a real estate agent, I was able to go out and ask the crew questions about how they were repairing the line and take photos to share with my clients. They were welcoming of my ""20 questions"" which I appreciated. I highly recommend you start with this company first

Devan and BJ just came to our house and saved the day!! Our kitchen sink was clogged they found the problem with in minutes of being in the crawl space. Pipe wasn't placed correctly to drain out good. So it was causing water and nasty food to back up into both sides of our sink! They cut and placed the pipes correctly and our problem was fixed!! They were both very friendly, professional and cleaned everything up after they were done! I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Had to call for a plumber to fix a clogged kitchen sink. Went with All About Rooter based on reviews and was very pleased. My husband called and spoke to Jose around 7 am. He was able to send out two of his employees, Devan and Salvador, an hour later. Both did a great job. Pleasant and courteous on arrival. Assessed the problem, provided a quote and proceeded to repair the problem. They tested all the lines after completion to make sure everything was clear before cleaning up. They were also military friendly so that was a plus! Thanks for the good service!

I called this company because it had good reviews. And I'm glad I did! I called Jose (the owner) at 8am in the morning and he was at my house by 8:30 am! He found my problem and he cleared my sewer line from everything that was plugging it and then came back the next day to clear the sewer lines of the roots that were also blocking the line. He was prompt and very courteous! I can't sing his praises enough! Thank you Jose!!!

I called Jose, the owner, early Sunday afternoon for clogged drains and backed-up tubs/showers and he was at my house by 2pm. He spent four hours digging, snaking and unplugging and the bill was $200 less than I anticipated. Jose is professional, personable and knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend him.

Was referred to All About Rooter (Jose) by American Home Shield (AHS). Septic was backed up from pipe in crawl space to tank in yard. Jose came out within 3 hours of initial call and work order request from AHS. Problem was diagnose and completed on 1 1/2 hr. Jose provided excellent customer service while being very courteous, professional and knowledge. His attention to details was superb while providing advice to prevent future backups. Had to pay a small fee for digging to find the intake to the septic plus my co-pay, AHS covered the rest of the work that was completed. I would definitely recommend All About Rooter to my friends and family. Thank you Jose!!

Very impressed with the service today. The plumber was very easy to work with and super quick! He covered his shoes and was very polite. And the price was much better than the last bathroom I had done with the same repair. I will be keeping this card handy for the future for sure!
