They did work for us before and it was amazing and the technicians explained everything thoroughly. Unfortunately we needed a plumber again and they were my first and only call because of the prior experience. If you want fast, professional and courteous service this is who you need to call. They demonstrate impeccably what customer service should be!! I won't use anyone else for our plumbing needs.

I needed to replace my water heater. After getting quotes from a number of large well named plumbing companies I was disappointed. I didn't feel any of them were being truthful to me of what needed to be replaced or the cost.
I finally contacted ALL ABOUT PLUMBING and spoke with Nick the owner, finally I found a contractor I felt I could trust. He was very open as to what my options were and which ones would save me money. He advised me on how to buy the water heater and water softener from Lowe's even though it was a lot less than buying it from him. I ended up buy my water heater from Nick but bought my Water Softener from Home Depot. Nick coordinated the delivery of my water heater to arrive just before his technicians shared up. They were timely and very professional. Once they arrived they took the water heater and my water softener to my location and installed it less than three hours. They removed the old equipment and cleaned up everything there. Work was very professional, quick reasonably priced and I couldn't have picked a more pleasant people to work with. I intend on using his company again to do all my plumbing needs.

I had my garbage disposal go out and contacted All About Plumbing. I was able to get an appointment right away. On the day of the appointment, they called me to let me know they were on their way. When Justin got here, I let him know the other few things that I wanted looked at in addition to the garbage disposal. He was very polite and professional and the job, including the other few things, was done rather quickly. I was surprised and happy with the service. I, also, asked Justin about another service and he was very honest in his answer. Most companies just try to take your money and say, sure we will do this and that even though you don't need it or it won't work in the long run so I really appreciate Justin's honesty. And the final price was lower than the quoted price so another plus for All About Plumbing. I will definitely recommend them and will be using them for any future plumbing needs I have. I had a wonderful experience with All About Plumbing. I had a leak under my kitchen sink, which turned out to be my 18-year old disposal. They replaced the disposal, fixed my leaky faucet, checked my dishwasher to make sure it wasn't leaking, and then cleaned up after themselves. I thought the prices were very reasonable and the crew was very friendly. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

I called All About Plumbing today about a problem with my water heater. The gentleman that does repairs around my home recommend them. My pilot light had gone out and we had gotten it going yesterday but with in a short time it went out.
I called and spoke to Nick he asked me some question about water heater and ruled out a couple of thing. Nick gave me step by step instructions which I followed while on the phone with him. He told me if this did not work I should replace water heater but it worked.
I can't believe in this day and age someone who could of charged me for a service call just gave me advice and instruction instead.
I am new to WV and the area but he just gain a customer for life.

Sewer line was backing up repeatedly. They were able to come out almost immediately, snake our line and run a camera down it to diagnose what the issue was. Very friendly, and made what I thought was going to be an absurdly expensive and problematic experience much more affordable than I thought and much easier to fix than I thought as well.

My appointment was not only rearranged to accommodate my unexpected emergency, but they assisted me with two other plumbing needs at my residence during the emergency repair. Prices were excellent and perfect phone service. 10 stars (If 10 stars were available, so I'll settle with 5 stars).

These guys are the best. We used them about 6 months ago to replace our pump for our well. They were fast and efficient. The price was more than fair. Then about a week ago we had to replace our water heater, again, they were on time and were very fast and did a great job. My next job will be to replace my regular tub/shower to a stand alone shower with a bench. These are the guys I am going to call.....they are the best!!

All About Plumbing installed a water softener system I bought on Amazon and as a result I saved A LOT of money. A nice surprise is that they give discounts for teachers (and fire fighters and some other professions too.) The two young men were friendly and polite, and the lady who is the scheduler is also very accommodating. Quality work done quickly. They will continue to service my system in the future if needed.
