I cannot say enough good things about this plumbing company. After losing power for days resulting in our pipes bursting in our kitchen, we could not find a plumber. Finally on, what felt like the hundredth call to other plumbing companies, Todd answered the phone. He was so nice and professional. Although he couldn't get a crew out that day he promised he would have someone out within 2 days. This was music to my ears since you couldn't even get other companies to put you on a list for service. The following evening we received a call from Todd saying he could have a crew out to our house around 8: 00 that night. The following day I noticed our hot water heater was leaking and I called Todd. Although he was still crazy busy he came by within the hour. He shut off my water and explained why the hot water heater was not an easy repair. Our 20 yr old heater was not only leaking, it had been installed incorrectly. He had to go on some other calls, but returned that evening with a new hot water heater. He and his son were at my house until almost 11:00 that night putting in the heater. If you ever need a plumber, call All About Plumbing, they are the best.

I called about a leaky faucet and Todd said he would be here later in the day to repair it and that he would call an hour before heading our way. By early evening and having received no phone call I sent a text message asking if we would still be coming today. There was no response. The next morning I called and left a message asking for someone to return my call and let me know if they were coming - that was yesterday...and still no call or text. There are lots of good plumbers in Fort Worth who will at least let the customer know if they're going to be late. Most certainly will not make an appointment and not only miss it, but avoid the customers calls. Unfortunately, Todd and All About Plumbing is not one of these. My recommendation is to not waste your time - call someone else. True Plumbing took care of our problem - and even showed up when they said they would,

Don't look anywhere else! Todd and his company are hands down the fairest when it comes to price and the most professional when it comes to communication and punctuality. We called late on a weekday. Todd answered and was extremely helpful, agreeing to come out the next morning (on super short notice) in order to conduct a pressure test on our gas line. He came out on time, communicated with us during the process, (we weren't home at the time), and even messaged with a follow up to make sure everything was satisfactory. We highly recommend this business. Ty!

The owner Todd was amazing! He dropped what he was doing to come help us with a clogged toilet. He was quick and efficient. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and how we could help ourselves in the future. What an honorable man and company to have run across. I will use him again if need be!
