I called All About Plumbing today about a problem with my water heater. The gentleman that does repairs around my home recommend them. My pilot light had gone out and we had gotten it going yesterday but with in a short time it went out.
I called and spoke to Nick he asked me some question about water heater and ruled out a couple of thing. Nick gave me step by step instructions which I followed while on the phone with him. He told me if this did not work I should replace water heater but it worked.
I can't believe in this day and age someone who could of charged me for a service call just gave me advice and instruction instead.
I am new to WV and the area but he just gain a customer for life.

Sewer line was backing up repeatedly. They were able to come out almost immediately, snake our line and run a camera down it to diagnose what the issue was. Very friendly, and made what I thought was going to be an absurdly expensive and problematic experience much more affordable than I thought and much easier to fix than I thought as well.

My appointment was not only rearranged to accommodate my unexpected emergency, but they assisted me with two other plumbing needs at my residence during the emergency repair. These guys are the best. We used them about 6 months ago to replace our pump for our well. They were fast and efficient. The price was more than fair. Then about a week ago we had to replace our water heater, again, they were on time and were very fast and did a great job. My next job will be to replace my regular tub/shower to a stand alone shower with a bench. These are the guys I am going to call.....they are the best!!

All About Plumbing installed a water softener system I bought on Amazon and as a result I saved A LOT of money. A nice surprise is that they give discounts for teachers (and fire fighters and some other professions too.) The two young men were friendly and polite, and the lady who is the scheduler is also very accommodating. Quality work done quickly. They will continue to service my system in the future if needed.

Wow! What a perfect experience! Called today. Came out today. HONEST and polite and neat. Had a home inspector tell us our tub faucet was leaking and had to be repaired. All About Plumbing guys checked it and said it definitely was not leaking. You just don't find that kind of honesty every day. We had them replace the part anyway to satisfy the inspector. Could not be happier with this experience. We were not looking forward to having to get plumber as we could not find anyone who ""knew a good one."" So, I just went to the phone book, got their name, then checked them out on ""yelp"" and liked what I read. And they were all right. Thank you All About Plumbing.

I wanted a pressure tank replaced as mine was leaking. A quote of over 800 dollars was given and I priced the tank on line for 232.00. The other parts needed to complete were another 35.00 so the install was over 500.00. I was able to secure a quality plumber from a reputable company for less then half. Pay attention before you do anything here.

I recently used these guys to install a hot water heater and do some fixes to the kitchen sink. Home Depot quoted me a ridiculous number; these guys quoted me a QUARTER of that price...and then when all was said and done, they came in UNDER the quoted price.

The work is solid, excellent and they know their stuff. This is the place to go when you need plumbing. Don't look anywhere else.

Fast and courteous service in an emergency situation. Came to my house within 30 minutes of my call on a Saturday night at 10:30pm! C.J. diagnosed and solved the problem in less than 20 minutes. Emergency service rates are high, but it's an emergency. Staying in a hotel would cost more. Discounts given to teachers, firefighters, police officers, etc. Would use again.
