I would rate zero star, but then I would not be able to post.
I hired All about Plumbing to install 2 sinks in my master bathroom. I had a written bid, I was charged an additional $100 for a "helper" which was not on the bid. The owner, Noah Espinoza, argued with me. I wanted them out of the house, so I paid. I would never use them again.

Short story: Called on Thursday afternoon about a leaking water heater. They came the next day to replace it. They were so personable on the phone and the crew sent out were also so nice, so knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them! And this was right after Hurricane Harvey blew through so we were extremely happy they could come out right away.

Longer story: Watch if you have American Home Shield. They sent us a plumber with horrible reviews and recommendations. Rated D with BBB. They told us our 23 year old tank broke due to pressure fluctuations with city water because of Hurricane Harvey. Spoke to All About Plumbing after that company left. We've only lived here a year so all this hurricane stuff is new to us! They told us that it was highly unlikely to happen. The tank is 23 years old and probably just a coincidence that it broke after the hurricane came through. Longer story short, AHS denied claim, wanted to send a second opinion plumber who also has bad reviews. Decided to pay out of pocket and use a trusted plumber who has great reviews.

Again, All About Plumbing exceeded our expectations. Highly highly recommend.

They came to the rescue for a drain clog at my business. It was after hours so I was worried I'd have to pay through the nose. They were professional, quick and sufficient! Was very impressed, the price was very reasonable.

Loved these guys! Had a leak that another plumbing came out, stopped, and wanted 2 grand to do the re-route. These guys (Jeremy specifically) came out, T&M bid of about a grand, he did the work with another dude (Alex if I remember), in and out, $620, everything included! Love them!!! Would recommend highly, and will use again for anything like this in the future!

We've used AAP twice that I can recall. Both times were emergencies (is there any other time that you call a plumber?). The first time, an outside hose bib had busted and was leaking. They came right over, fixed it 2x better than the original. The second time, we had some leaking from again an outside line but coming through the wall into the bathroom. Again, came right out and fixed it and even taught us a little about how the (old) house was put together pipe-wise.

I have dealt with Noah and his staff in the past but recently the customer service and professionalism is terrible. I do not question the ability to do good plumbing work and for that they can charge a premium but when the customer service begins to suffer it is time to look for a new plumbing.

If money is no issue and you can deal with lack luster customer service, All about plumbing might be the plumber for you.

I called several plumbers looking to have my leaking shower faucets and stems replaced. I had several quotes that were beyond my price range. I will say All About Plumbing was the only one that was interested in working within the range that I was able to pay. When I first called I spoke with Giang I explained what I was needing and she was very nice and honest and said lets see what we can do. The other calls I made were flat out sorry can't help you. John came right out, gave me an estimate and it was within my budget. John performed the work and was very nice, he did a great job, cleaned up after himself. He gave me some suggestions on a few other questions I had and in all I was very very happy with the job done. I will call on them again in the future. Thank you!

I made an appointment to get a quote on a sewage problem job four days before. On the day of the appointment, I spoke to someone to see if they could move it up earlier in the day. They never called me back. My original appointment was scheduled from 1 - 3. At 3:15 I called back and they didn't know when they could get to me. This business has no respect for people's time.

I had a problem. No not that problem, a plumbing problem. I despise calling out plumbers since I usually feel I get the shaft. This time I lucked out though and found a good honest local plumber. I needed a valve sweated in on my hot water heater and the staff at All About did it quickly and professionally and I did not feel I was over charged. To top things off I had a couple of valves under my kitchen sink I had been meaning to replace so I ask out of curiosity how much it would cost while they were here. Surprisingly they quoted me a bargain price since they were already at my house. I jumped at the deal and they got it done. Over all I for once felt like I got a good deal on my plumbing needs. I'll be using them any time I need a plumber and I think you should as well.
