Our family has worked with All About Plumbing for many years. I have always been impressed with how well the company is run, from Julie to every repair person who has helped us. Buddy is great. Zack has just finished a complex job replacing a toilet in a 1968 house. The quality of the materials and the care taken with the repair ensure that we will not have any issues in the future. Our shower needed a new cartridge. Usually an easy fix, we started the work ourselves. Not so easy this time. Moen shower. New cartridge from Moen. Shower could not be turned off. It just ran. We turned off the water to the house and struggled through the weekend as everything like this will happen on a weekend usually late at night. Monday morning. Spoke with Julie at All About Plumbing. Kyle was out within the hour. He fixed it right up. Better pressure and a hot shower was the result! Best shower ever! Great service. Highly recommend.

This company was hired to fix a toilet leak (most likely the wax ring eroded) by my 83 yr old mother in Fern Park several weeks ago. She is widowed and lives alone. I, her son, live 800 miles away. Being that I couldn't get there to help , she employed this company pursuant to a friend's recommendation. They came out , reseated the toilet, she payed them , problem solved. ...until she discovered water leaking from the bottom of the toilet hours later. It seems that while """"fixing"""" her leak, the toilet was cracked at the base. She contacted them and they said they'd come back out with a new toilet and install . """"This will cost $900 btw"""". ...to fix what they broke! Being 83 and dealing with medical problems, she didn't know what to do. She purchased a toilet and install from a local Lowe's. She didn't tell me about that until weeks later. Being of this generation, she didn't want to tell me to handle the problem with this company because """"they were nice"""". I feel that because they were informed that they broke it (and should've came right out and remedied the problem) then said they'd fix it for $900, they shamefully took advantage of an elderly lady. I understand that things can happen, ie; the toilet being cracked upon re installation, but how a company chooses to handle the problem speaks volumes about the integrity of this company.

We called All About Plumbing in desperation one day. Our water softener filtration system had let tiny resin beads into the water system, clogging up all of our faucets and leaving tons of these beads in the tub. They unclogged all of the faucets, shower heads, and were able to reroute around the water softener. The price was extremely reasonable as well. We called them up again after that to change out the toilet """"guts"""" which they also did efficiently and at a good price. Highly recommend!

We had a pipe break under the house and had to re-pipe it. We got several quotes from different plumbers and All About Plumbing were substantially cheaper. They arrived when they said they would, and had the entire house re-piped by 4 o'clock the same day. They also had a crew come in to repair all holes in the walls made to do the re-piping, and you could not tell that there were any holes there after they were finished. We asked for a permit to be pulled, and they also handled that for us. The entire process was seamless and we are so glad we chose them to do the job. Their work was flawless and they will be the only plumber I call in the future.
