This place just wasted my time and money.. was quoted $350 for them to put in a new tub faucet when the plumber arrived he told me $385..flag number 1. I showed him what I bought to install and he tells me I need to get something else because the brand I bought is cheaper and he's not comfortable installing what I got. When I called to get a quote they told me they would install what I buy and told me what to purchase. I tell the plumber I'll go to the store and get what he wants and he says he can't wait so I said well put this in then because I don't have time and he refused to install and left! I called 10 times before someone answered at the office. They tell me he can't install it because it's not a product they can stand behind. I said when I called no one specified what brand I needed so I bought the cheapest thing. I said I need this done today and they said they can't reschedule me til next Friday! Meanwhile I can have running water because the tub leaks hot water! They don't even deserve 1 star their customer service is the worst.

They came out to fix a plumbing issue. We dealt with Wyatt and couldn't ask for a better individual we appreciate his knowledge of service and how he insured the job was done properly. We needed a new water heater to be replaced, as the old one was leaking. They came quickly, but after they left I noticed a big sticker on the front that was crooked. I removed it and noticed a big dent on the water heater. They charged me full price of $1252 to replace my old water heater with a scratch and dented lower grade model. I called them and they told me they would send me a check for $50 , which they never did either! Do yourself a favor and choose a different company.

I will NEVER call another plumbing company. These guys are AMAZING! I had a massive plumbing disaster and They sent a tech right away. I wasn't charged extra for this either. Anthony came back the following week to finish fixing all the damage. He stayed for hours and helped in so many ways. He saved us from filing a home owners claim. All about Plumbing is among the BEST and set the standard when it comes to customer service!

Our shower needed a new cartridge. Usually an easy fix, we started the work ourselves. Not so easy this time. Moen shower. New cartridge from Moen. Shower could not be turned off. It just ran. We turned off the water to the house and struggled through the weekend as everything like this will happen on a weekend usually late at night. Monday morning. Spoke with Julie at All About Plumbing. Kyle was out within the hour. He fixed it right up. Better pressure and a hot shower was the result! Best shower ever! Great service. Highly recommend.
