Thomas Rains was the technician who helped us - he should have the additional title of ""hostage negotiator."" We had a sewer leak that we were unaware of given that the leak was located somewhere on our neighbor's property. We found out about the leak because the neighbor was pulling prospective buyers of our house into their backyard to show them said leak. Needless to say, when we found out through some of those buyers there was a leak, we asked the neighbor to tell us where it was so we could have someone come fix it. The neighbor refused to tell or show us the leak. So we contacted All About Plumbing, Thomas showed up and was able to not only get the neighbor to tell him where the leak was, but actually allow him to repair it, which involved digging up their yard a bit. I don't know what kind of anti-Karen wizardry Thomas possesses, but he truly saved us when we needed it the most. The work was top notch, done exactly how and when they said, and the cost was especially reasonable. The three ladies I spoke with in the office were amazing and so helpful with the whole situation as well. 100% recommend All About Plumbing.

Don't be fooled by the free estimates. Look at the 1 star reviews . The so called plumber while he was here had to google how to put in a sink hot water dispenser. I got it done by a licensed plumber for 1/3 the price . The owner will respond like all the other bad reviews with some sarcasm. Best bet is to hire a plumber that know plumbing.

Spoke with Russell the septic manager at 5:35pm on Friday to book an after hours tank pumping. He quoted us a price of 450.00 to pump the tank, 150 to come out on the weekend and 50.00 a foot to dig up the lid. He said he could get to us in the morning. We told him that would be great and we would call him back in 30-60 min to give him directions. When we called back 25 min later, we asked about why his yelp page state ""24 hour on call technicians with no trip charge. Call day or night for no additional fee."" I explained I was not trying to beat him up on the price. I just wanted him to know what his yelp page has on it. He stated that he does not have a yelp page and has never advertised on yelp. Before I could start to give him directions he got rude and said he had several calls after he spoke with me and he would not have another opening until Wed October the 9th. I asked the why does your webpage state? ""24 Hour Emergency Service"" Russell then used some very colorful language and hung up on me. Please folks find someone that wants your business, Is honest and gives you a fair price upfront.

Trying to rip you off. I have a 10k quote from this company for all this work they said ""needed"" done yet I contacted another company who found the real issue and is fixing it for around $1000 without doing what doesn't need fixed trying to rip us off! Do not recommend!

Hired the All about Septic part of the business to pump our septic tank. Which they did. They noted our lines were clogged - all 4 of them. They quoted around $2000 to clear them and would arrive the following week to do so. After about 30 mins of working on the lines they announced they couldn't clear 2 out of the only 3 lines I had. It turned out I only had 3 not 4 lines. I asked for a price adjustment - as they weren't going to be there for as long as they otherwise would have. The one guy became quite nasty and unprofessional and seemed personally insulted that I would ask for a price adjustment. The other fellow did his job. He was fine. I would never hire this company for anything ever again. I could not wait for them to leave. Overpriced, unprofessional.

I can't say enough good things about this company and in particular, the technician Thomas and his associate that came out to our home. Their diagnosis skills and the work they did on our home septic system and plumbing were expertly done. I have no reservations about highly recommending these guys!
