We had a water heater emergency in the earlier morning hours and found All About Plumbing on Yelp. We based our decision to use them from Yelp reviews and we were glad we did. The office staff promptly answered their phones, and sent Jordan out to assist. He was professional, knowledgeable and didn't try to sell us. He did a repair to our existing heater. I would definitely call them again.

They replaced bathtub drain for me...after few months of use the part went bad....it was bubbled up and peeled and discolored...my original drain lasted me 11 years....also there is always some water around the drain at all time ...I'm still under warranty with this plumbing co for this but decided to get someone else to fix this since I don't want to deal with bad part and same problem again

My mother-in-law needed a lot of work in her town home, including new toilets and master shower. I called three plumbers in town, but none had the customer service like Eric and Meghan. They were extremely professional and had a plumber at the site within a day. Estimates were reasonable, and they were always available by phone for questions. Wayne did a great job, within a reasonable time frame, and left the area completely spotless! He was super-patient with my mother-in-law, and even made a few extra trips to be sure everything was exactly as she wanted. I'll definitely use their company in the future.

This is going to be a long review but please read it...if you really don't want to read it all just hire All About Plumbing because they are the best and you won't find any better...trust me...I looked before I found them.
This company is beyond amazing and went above and beyond. My moms home was in need of a re-pipe; she had old galvanized steel that was turning her water orange. I come from a long line of plumbers including my dad so I know more than the average joe. For over a year I got quotes from different companies and was not impressed with any of them as their plans for the re-pipe seemed odd. Then I called All About Plumbing. Meghan answers the phone, she is beyond knowledgeable and instantly makes me feel like I'm in good hands. I also find out during this phone call that All About offers two different financing options which I had not found with any other plumbing company. My mom was going to have to take out a small loan to get this issue taken care of...not with these guys!! So, Meghan sets up an appointment for an estimate and things start moving!
So Jake comes out to do the estimate. I was nervous and honestly sick and tired of getting estimates at this point. I had met with tons of companies who ranged from being creepy, rude, arrogant...some of the plans for the re-pipe from other companies made zero sense in my mind. My moms home has no attic, only a VERY TINY crawlspace underneath that other companies wouldn't even consider crawling into. Jake was like a breath of fresh air! He was so polite and gave me the feeling I could really trust him. I ask him his thoughts on the ideas the other companies had given me and he agreed they sounded ridiculous. Jake said the way to go was through the crawlspace and they could do it. He left us with the quote to look over. He wasn't pushy, he said everything I wanted to hear and assured me they would fix the problem. I needed a couple days to think everything over and in those couple days more questions popped in my head. I get a call from Meghan and started rattling off questions and next thing I know I'm talking to Eric, the owner of the company. He answers all of my questions and really takes the time to listen to me. So amazing! So, we finally pulled the trigger and hired All About Plumbing for the project.
Next is the financing...could be a real pain right? Nope! Meghan comes out to my moms home and does all the heavy lifting for us in regards to calling the financing company and helping us through the process. My mom was approved in about 10 minutes and work was ready to start!
So Jake and Jordan were the two amazing guys that did the re-pipe. Jake was here the first two days doing outside work and then Jordan came in when it was time to crawl under the house. Now, this crawl space is TINY, there is not a lot of space at all and I was beyond nervous that Jordan was going to run into a problem. When I saw Jordan pop out from under the house for the first time he had a smile on his face and said everything was going as planned. Jordan is pretty much a superhero in my eyes. Now in this entire process Jake and Jordan did run into a couple small hiccups. My moms home is not a black and white home BUT they figured it would with confidence and made me feel like I was in the best hands possible. They finished the job in under a week. I can not say enough great things and these two. Jake was the sweetest and I felt like Jordan was someone I had known my entire life. All About Plumbing has hands down the best people working for it. When every single person you encounter at a company is awesome, it tells you a lot about the type of company they are running. From the first phone call I felt a sense of relief in a nightmare of an issue AND they warranty their work for 20 years!!!!!
I will be using All About Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs from now on. I have used other companies in the past for smaller jobs and they have all been awful...sad but true. It has taken me years to find All About but they now have a lifetime costumer and a lifetime of referrals from me as well.

Highly recommend this company! Jordan looks super young but don't let that fool you. He was excellent and went above and beyond to fix my dishwasher. I went through so many other plumbers who had been in the field a long time and just did the bare minimum but never actually fixed the problem. Thankfully Jordan was there to help!

I am doing an update on this business as our first experience with them was very positive, however we needed their services again for the same situation (kitchen sink clogged). Well this time around they charged $190.00 telling me that the $79.00 special didn't apply and their technician made a mistake last time. Well I told them I was given a price range of 79
00 to 129.00. As for the final price that has nothing to do with me. I was not in the country this time so my daughter and son just went ahead and paid it. I tried 2 times to speak with a manager to give them a chance but was only spoken to by Megan. She said that is the standard rate as there was no drain out but it was funny the same situation applied so how could the price jump $111.00? I can see a reasonable increase but not this BAIT AND SWITCH. To say the least we will not do business with them again and you should think about using them if you can't get a solid estimate (like we did the first time) as they will throw a surprise at you. Also I did not appreciate the manager not speaking to me, this shows some obvious reason as to why he didn't. I also told them I will update my review here so this is not a surprise to them. Next time be fair and reasonable when giving your prices and not gouch the consumer with a 125% increase when doing the same job.

Most of the work done well but I specifically asked for smooth NOT corrugated 4 inch
Dryer venting
Especially for over 12 feet length to prevent lint build up. But they put it in anyway. I asked why.....no offer to replace it
First thing the dryer installer said was ""you aren't supposed to use corrugated hose to vent a dryer""
So I'll call and see if they'll do right ....

These people are hacks!!! They took complete advantage of my parents. Overcharged them by $2500 and did the WORST work I've ever seen in my 10+ years of construction. They also charged for the entire job on their credit card before the work was complete. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Highly recommend this group. First time home owner and they really supported me and were responsive throughout the project. Ran into to an unexpected issue due to the home and they provided support and information so that I could make an educated decision. Never felt like a burden asking questions or rushed. They went above and beyond for us. Wayne is an extremely hard worker with a great attitude and did a great job. I am very happy with his work. Eric was very knowledable and helpful and was patient in explaining my options and potential solutions. They were great at scheduling and respected my home. I shopped the job with three companies and really glad that I selected them.

Gas leak was found under the slab that my small home stands on. My son and I decided to get some estimates for re-routing the gas line overhead (i.e., within my home).

Absolutely amazing work. Young man named Jake was sent. I was a bit leery, thinking that he wouldn't know how to do it. Gosh, was I wrong! He was AMAZING. Another young man came in periodically to assist. I forget his name but he was also extremely knowledgeable.

Obviously, they had to make quite a few holes in the walls and ceiling, but they were repaired within a few days.

I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you.
