We found a water leak in our master bathroom wall this morning. A friend recommended All About Plumbing and they sent out Zac to our home within 20 minutes!! He was able to quickly identify where the leak was, cut through the drywall and replace the portion of the pipe that was bad. He could see that there was water damage inside the wall so he recommended a water restoration company who has also already been here same day to begin the drying out process. What could have been a really stressful situation, was handled so quickly (and affordably!) by this company, it literally made our jaws drop. I mean, who provides service like that anymore?! All About Plumbing does! Zac blew us away with his knowledge and ability to trouble shoot so quickly, even listening for the leak, which he accurately identified with the human ear! Do not hesitate to call these guys if you need their services!

Zach just fixed a refrigerator line that was corroded. He was extremely professional, responsive and did great work!!!! And he's super nice and honest on top of the great work he does. Thanks Zach!!! Vicky was also very nice scheduling and was able to get me in on the same day and even called me back with an earlier appointment. All about plumbing is now my go to plumber and Zach is the best!!!

I have a company which i regularly use to clean a pipe in my driveway that backs up every year due to roots in the line. Its a routine maintenance which has been going on for years, and they provide video of the line before and after servicing.

This time I called All About Plumbing. The technician/manager came out and snaked the property. I got a call afterward saying the line was very long (which it is) and they had to go get alternate equipment to reach the end of the pipe. Well, they got the equipment and 'cleared it.' I paid them for the work.

A day later my tenant called saying the pipe backed up again. The technician was called and they returned to the property to try again 'complimentary.' This time apparently they avoided snaking and used a bladder to clear it, but this wasnt communicated to me.

Less than a week later the pipe backed up AGAIN. I called a new company who I asked to use a camera (standard in my experience but i never received any video from All About Plumbing) before snaking it.

There are roots in the pipe that were never cleared and what appears to be a snake (or two) in the line. The inspector also noted a hole in the pipe nearby the tangle. The snake is new, no rust on it.

I called All About Plumbing to explain that I have video from my last yearly cleaning with no snake stuck in the line. I have a company which provided no video, had to change equipment, and had a pipe backup still full of roots 3x in two weeks. They also noted a break in the pipe, which again, was never mentioned before their visit or on the video, and wanted my business to replace the pipe.

I was told by the manager this wasnt his doing. I have no other reasonable explanation. I have to pay 9000$ dollars to dig up and replace the pipe which should have been a routine 170$ clearing. I hate writing reviews but i feel legitimately cheated. If this wasnt your teams doing, then whos was it? The snake was snapped starting 3 feet into the pipe. If it was there before you.. didnt you notice when you came to clear it?

We were on vacation when my roommate called to say she found a water leak around the area where i have my refrigerator ice maker hooked up. I called All About Plumbing and they responded quickly. The technician called and reported there were 2 leaks in that area and that it was going to be $550(approx.) to fix the leak. I said that was too much and he said he could ""work"" with me on the price. I told him i would only pay up to $250, he agreed and i gave him my credit card number and hung up. I get home 2 days later and find he did not fix 2 leaks but only capped 1 1/2 inch copper pipe. It turns out there was only 1 pipe leaking, I never got another call from the technician to report only 1 pipe leaking. I called the office and complained that the technician kind of ""bait and switched"" me not fixing both leaks and i thought $250 was a little much to charge for 1 1/2 inch cap. I spoke with Vicki and she said she would pass on my complaint to the manager and that i would get a call back the next day. It's been 5 days and i still have not got a call back. Very poor customer service and be very aware of the ""bait and switch"" scenario. A refund of a portion of the $250 would be nice.

THIEVES AND FRAUDS!!! Very unprofessional! No address comes up on their website so they probably aren't even a real company!

I spoke with Vickie and she told me (after I had paid a check of $325.00) to Jagger that they do ""free estimates""
I did not feel comfortable moving forward with ""All about plumbing"" because of the bad reviews they had. Vickie said that she understood my concern, and on Friday 5/26 she would void out my check and send the $325.00 back to me. We'll the bad feeling in my gut was right!

On Tuesday I saw in my bank account that they cashed the check that they ""said"" they were sending back to me on Friday. Spoke with Vickie and said she didn't know her manager had cashed the check and that she couldn't give me the money back. I kept calling and asking to speak to a manager and she kept giving me the run-around.

They are a scam. Thank God I saved myself the hassle and decided NOT to move forward with their services.

On behalf of Last Chance at Life All Breed Rescue, I wanted to thank Jagger at All About Plumbing for his fantastic work and friendly customer service! Jagger came to the rescue for us this week (literally) to fix a massive leak in the shelter's main sink, which turned out to stem from our old hot water heater. As you can see from the photos, it was time to replace it! He also graciously fixed a few other issues including a leaky faucet in our kitchen and a wonky dial in the shower stall of our groom room, where pups who are too big for the sink get baths. We highly recommend giving them a call for any of your plumbing needs!

Unprofessional and unresponsive. Set an appointment for Friday from 11-1pm. They called in the morning and said they needed to push back the time. We agreed 2-4pm. Then they called again and asked if we could go earlier. So we agreed on 1:30. At 1:45pm, they called and said the plumber was on his way. No one ended up coming. No plumber. No call. I called and left 2 voicemails. No returned calls. Never called to give any type of update. Wasted day. Unprofessional experience. Amateur-ish. If I was the owner of this business I'd be embarrassed.

had a leak in my ceiling on Sunday night, Eric said he could have someone first thing Monday morning to come out and fix, showed up on time, leak was fixed in 20 minutes, had to negotiate the price a little, but was very satisfied with the job, the problem stemmed from my water regulator so i had them replace that also, that took a little more time and after a few trips to the house, Eric was able to get that working without any leak issues,I would for sure hire this team again.
