Brandon was hired to repair a leak coming from the upstairs shower that required opening up some wall areas to ensure a thorough correction and piping replacement where needed. During his inspection, he eyed an additional ceiling leak which wasn't known to me. He was very polite, professional, and took the time to identify and thoroughly explain what needed to be done, as well as recommended drywall repair options for the needed patch work that was not covered. We set up an appointment for the same day and they came right on time and unclogged the shower drain within maybe 20 minutes . I had another local group of plumbers looking at my upstairs for several days three different plumbers, a sewage leak dripping from the upstairs into the middle of my kitchen, my family stuck in a high priced local hotel and an uninhabitable home.

Brandon came through with the right equipment and the right diagnosis. They fixed the plumbing, blasted my clog and my neighbors clog (we are connected) out of the system, and fixed both toilets in 4 hours.
