Recommended by a friend, I called Troy and and discussed by problem faucet for a few minutes and he gave me instructions on what faucet to pick up for the install. Curtis arrived on time the next morning and replaced the faucet no issues. After dealing with various plumbers through the years, it's refreshing to find someone that is able to do the job correctly the first time, reliable and with a great attitude. Cannot recommend more, 5+ Stars.

Called to inquire about what scope of work All About Plumbing covered. My wife and I are working on a home expansion and need to have new plumbing installed. When asked if they worked on new projects or had any availability to check out our project, the plumber who answered just chuckled, said ""Yeah, no"", and then hung up on me. No clarifying questions about the project, no guidance on where else I might look, no customer service. Frankly, it was just plain rude.

Anderson Plumbing also said they don't do new projects, but at least they had decent service reps who talked with me. For those looking, check out Tarpy if you need a new bathroom or kitchen plumbed out.

Called Troy on Thursday and asked if they could do work on Monday or Tuesday. He called me back in 30 and said Tuesday morning, 9AM. I needed them to replace a kitchen faucet and supply valves. Troy advised against buying the super cheap, Glacier Bay brand, warning that it would fail in a few years and he charges the same to install a better quality brad. Later at Home Depot I text him, Moen or Delta. He quickly responds, Moen.

8:55 on Tuesday Troy and Curtis arrive. Curtis gets to work under my kitchen sink. I asked Troy about another issue which involves pipes in a crawl space that has a ton of cobwebs. Troy crawls into the space and emerges with an answer that doesn't involve more work for him.

They finished the sink job and when I asked if they would unblock a toilet, Troy tells me that he's happy to charge me $150, but that I could also get an auger from HD and save the money. When a craftsman advises me to not pay him, that impresses the heck out of me. I did get the auger, and unblocked it myself.

I don't mind paying good money for good work. Troy and Curtis deliver excellent work, on time, and clean up after them selves. I highly recommend them.

These guys saved the day- twice!! A busted sprinkler leak and no shut off. Super fast response and gave me resources to trace the lines. Other companies just couldn't get here on a timely way. 2nd job at a downtown condo- a laundry leak and reinstall of the units, working with the HOA and property mgmt was super easy because of them. Billing procedures and response was excellent. Really appreciate their work ethic.

I had a great experience with Troy! I live in a high rise condo, so it's important to find a plumber who has experience with condos. He was recommended by my HOA, and I was extremely pleased with his service. I should have left my review a while back but I forgot. I need to call him on a different matter, so I thought better late than never on this review. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Quick response, and call out. Troy and Curtis came by the same day and replaced my PRV. The job was quick, and clean. It also helped that they are fellow fishermen, so we talked fishing the whole time. Thanks All About Plumbing!
