Picture this. It's Sunday afternoon and me and my buddies think it's easy to be a plumber. We grab some copper from home depot and the tools to sweat on some pipe. We needed to lay a water line outside so it can be covered in concrete the next day. We think we do a good job but sure enough... it starts leaking at 10pm. Crap, I have concrete coming in the morning!

I start calling plumbers first thing in the morning, hoping to find someone who can help me in the next two hours without any notice. I call these guys and Troy was able to set me up immediately. Curtis comes by and gets right to work. Plumbing work should just not be a DIY thing, there's too much at stake here guys.

Curtis does a phenomenal job correcting our mistakes and I can finally sleep easy knowing that this work will not fail in the next 30 years. Their pricing was exceptionally fair. A less than ethical company might have tried to take advantage of my position and up-charged the crap out of me, but Curtis gave me a super fair price and I was happy to pay it.

Troy was another amazing recommendation by my realtor, Noah Grassi. I was having some major issues with water hammering that I was greatly concerned about. I had home warranty send over two plumbers: one that said nothing was wrong and offered very expensive options and another that noticed that the water pressure regulator was broken and replaced it. After the second warranty plumber ""fixed"" the issue, I felt concerned that the noise got increasingly worse with time from the hammering getting worse to the pipes whistling. Being told this is normal by the warranty repair guy at the end, was very concerning.

I am so grateful that I asked Noah who in turn asked Troy for help. I told Troy of my issue as well as the warranty fix and him and his team went to work on my pipes. They had to replace a lot of old valves to get started on the isolation (this was already noted on my home inspection report but I thought I had more time on it), they added a exhaust system() , tied down as many pipes as they could, helped me with the shower valve issues I had, fixed the issues with my water heater, provided some long term fixes and suggestions, and noted some issues that would need to be addressed in the next few years. They even helped me when I was attempting to open the blinds and windows and the blinds broke and fell on my head. They rushed over to ask if I was okay and to help me as they helped me put the blinds back up even though I told them that I can put them back later after my head stopped hurting. I had no tools at the time to do it and they knew that so I greatly appreciated their kindness as I tended to my wounds. In the end, Troy and his team discovered that the issue was the water pressure regulator again! They helped me with a detailed report quickly and I did the leg work to get the amount covered by home warranty. Ever since they did the work, I have had no issues with leakage or water hammering or whistling.

Troy and his team were friendly, very communicative, efficient, effective, helpful, great workers, provided quality work, very thorough, and are team players. I am very lucky to have them on my team as they helped me resolve my issue, provide very detailed help and invoices, and fit me into their very tight schedule to prevent my pipes/house from being damaged long term. I hope to work with them again as they were wonderful to work with and provided an amazing service.

My contractor damaged (broke) my main line with an excavator. My water was leaking, but I could not find leak. I reached out to all about plumbing and not only were they available on short notice, but they completed the job in less than 3 hours.

My property is over 1/2 an acre and they were able to find the leak, dig up the pipe under ivy roots and make the repairs. They gave me good tips regarding maintenance and signs of other common household issues.

I am grateful for all their hard work and education. I just bought this house and will be using them for future renovations.

All About Plumbing fixed the problem Tarpy Plumbing didn't.

I originally called Tarpy Plumbing to fix a clogged kitchen sink. They charged me $200 and said it probably would clog again unless I spent $1200 for a flash power flush of the drain. I said no thanks (since it sounded like a racket), but less than a week later the drain clogged again.

I decided to try a different plumber and called All About Plumbing. Troy came out and cleaned out the entire drain and pipes and said I shouldn't have any problems any time soon. Charged me $205.

I pretty much wasted my money with Tarpy Plumbing and had to call someone to fix what they couldn't.

I highly recommend Troy and All About Plumbing. He's a straight shooter doing honest work. So refreshing to find honest people doing honest work. I'm saving their contact in my phone for any future plumbing needs.

I called All About Plumbing for a sewer blockage problem & they were at my door in 20 minutes.
I told Troy that 14 years ago I dug up my yard to replace the sewer line & 6' of it was plugged solid with roots. Troy & Curtis worked on it for a couple hrs with a 3"" cutting blade, it was getting late so they came back the next morning & sent a high pressure water cutter jetter through the lines 7 times & finally broke through, they sent the camera down again & it showed more roots, used the 3"" cutter on a snake for another hour before sending the camera down 1 last time, look like new.
I've worked in the construction business for over 40 years worked with thousands of contractor's and never have I meet a more honest contractor & hard working team than Troy & Curtis. If you ever hire a contractor protect yourself & property by making sure they are licensed by the state of California, when hiring a scab contractor and you then become their employer & are responsible for all his damages & injuries on your property.

I highly recommend Troy and Curtis! If your looking for great communication, great work and complete honesty choose All About Plumbing. They contacted us immediately and there were a few plumbing services we contacted. One company forgot to call us then said he would call us and didn't. Another had me transferred multiple times which made us even more frustrated and another company gave us a maybe price that made us nervous as maybe could have been any price. All About Plumbing was straightforward and was honest the whole way, they even recommended us calling HOA first on a few things. When they recommended us looking to our HOA first that really stood out and made us feel like they really cared. They walked us through all the steps of what to do before there visit and during visit. As a new homeowner we never had plumbing issues this was our first so having a company that really walked us through everything and was honest about it all really helped. The day they arrived they were mindful that our kids were distance learning and I was working remote. They also weren't annoyed that my husband watched what they were doing and showed my husband what they were doing so in case something happened he would know what to do. My husband wasn't looking over their shoulder to check their work but really learn plumbing and they were both really kind about it. We didn't have to tell them about the 20$ off through Yelp either they included that in bill automatically. The work once completed was an upgrade to what we originally had. It came out superb and my husband and I were satisfied with the work that was done. I have no doubt if any issues happen again or if we needed services, that they would treat us the same way as well as any customer. If you want quick turn around time, great communication, honesty and superb work contact them today and you won't regret it. Also both Troy and Curtis were COVID friendly and wore masks and practiced safe distancing during their time with us. I can't say enough about All About Plumbing and our wonderful experience!
