They did an awful job with installing my furnace! In the process they hit my gas line which caused a leak, which i later found from the gas company.
On the hottest day my air went out. Come to find out, this company was the reason why my air wouldn't work, which was because they created a drain hole over the control panel, which therefore caused that to go out.
They knowingly knew I had a toddler, and transferred me to another company!
I DO NOT recommend this company!

We were charged $500 for a 20-minute job, replacing a part that was not broken.
We were charged $185 for a part (capacitor) that was not broken. Normal price is around $9.00. That is a markup of over 21 times the normal retail cost for a part that was not broken or needed.
The part that was actually broken (contactor) was 17 times the normal retail cost. $225 vs. the normal price around $14. Parts price markups (25-50%) are normal but have never seen any this high.
We were charged $89.95 for the service call itself, bringing the total to $499.95.
I asked for a partial refund and offered to take the parts off myself and return for a partial refund, but they said no. Decided to save some time and use a local company was first available. Now I know why they might have been the only ones available that day. I'm not going to try to ""save time"" with a quick repair ever again.

These people are rude!
This company was sent to us by our Home Warranty Company. After making a big deal about how the installer of our furnace did a bad job and air was therefore escaping from the air conditioning unit, they left with a giant hole in the top of the drain pipe. When I called to ask about this, the technician asked if the job they did ""wasn't good enough for me."" And then he asked, with amazing attitude, if he should send someone out to put a piece of duct tape over the hole.
I have no idea if the job they did was good. Time will tell. But I wouldn't recommend them.

Wow, first experience with my homeowner policy. They dispatched All About Comfort Heating and Cooling and what a fantastic experience it was.
From the initial contact to scheduling to install, and from office personnel to the techs, this company was top notch professional, very knowledgeable, super helpful, punctual and fast! All very pleasant people as well.
Thank you AACH&C -- I'm cozy warm and really appreciate your work!

absolute worst company on the planet hands down. i had a simple job of a ac fan motor to be replaced the first time he came out to my house the ""master technician"" james henson and owner of this company he was on the phone the whole time having a personal conversation and was very unprofessional well told me the fan motor had to be replaced well the next week came and the scheduled day came for him to come out well at 830 at night i got a phone call from him saying he was to tired to come out and do the service that day i said ok i understand and i was very nice about it well this week was the reschedule date for the service so i get through the whole day and was told he will come out so he did not call he did not knock on my door nothing. he showed up again at 830 at night with no warning and went to my back yard where he scared my wife and made me worry. well i decided to let him do his work i figured he would knock when he was done right? well he left without a word after 930 at night well i went out the next morning and found wires sticking 6 inches out of the top of my unit zip tied. so i called concerned the job was done rushed and improper. well i was assured that the "" master technician"" and owner knew what he was doing and it was common practice. so i go home and start my unit with several people to witness and immediatly the fan locks up, spits sparks like crazy, starts smoking like its on fire and then proceeds to kill every bit of power to my house and flip my main breaker. so if i had started that while i was at work he could have burnt my house down or fried box in my home. sadly not only did he do this he left parts, screws, wires, and even went as far to leave almost half of the screws out of the unit leaving it to the point you could lift and put your hand inside the unit no issue. ( say like a child could). well i call and am calm the entire time i am on the phone as they insinuate that it was fine when he left and i did something some how when i worked all day. well he comes today to fix the issue and what happens he sits there blames me for the issue. tells me i blew up on him, that i am over reacting and pretty much proceeds to deny the fact he put my family in danger with his craigslist ac mechanic. and proceeds to tell me i'm full of shit and gets very aggressive and threatening instead of say ""listen i'm sorry i understand that this potentially could have caused a house fire and put people in danger and i hope this does not reflect my business practices and i am deeply sorry"" like a professional ""master technician"" he proceeds to tell me how i am over reacting insulting my intelligence and over all being extremely unprofessional and aggressive because he is to prideful to admit he mad a mistake to the point i had to tell him im going to call the police and my lawyer if he doesn't get off my property as he proceeds to yell and insult me because he did the worst job he could have possibly done. on top of all of that told me that the only thing wrong was he didn't put enough tape on something and it arced but there was wires wrapped all around my fan blade. i have video evidence of the entire encounter and his work. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE LET THIS COMPANY TOUCH YOUR A/C UNIT!!!

Hot water heater installed and paid for ($1800) in February 2019. May 2019 heater brakes because of improper line sweating. Attempt to call company to rectify issue, they tell my they only warranty work for 30 days. The old heater worked for over 10 years without issue and their word isn't better than 30 days. Wouldn't reccomend. Will be sure to let other media outlets know. Don't spend money here.

Bought our home in Brookside (built 1935) in April of this year. We've had FIVE plumbers out to resolve a slow-draining sink. Everyone of them said there wasn't anything wrong and we needed to just get used to it. I couldn't be convinced that this was the issue.
Fast forward to October of this year... nice crisp Fall evening and, of course, the furnace goes out. So glad we decided to go with All About Comfort!
First, the biggest shout-out to Chris! WOW - what a guy. Well dressed, big smile, very professional, great conversation, quick to explain what he was needing to do and what he was going to do. In minutes, we had heat again.
While he was there, I asked if he would take a look at the kitchen sink. He did, scratched his head for a minute and darted to the basement. 20 minutes later, guess what, we have a functioning and draining kitchen sink. AMAZING!
If you've considered anyone else, you better think twice. Pick-up the phone, ask for Chris as your service tech... you won't be disappointed.

I went through this company on my warranty, it did not turn out well. They showed up 20 minutes later than the estimated time, which wouldn't have been a big deal if they didn't proceed to take a 40 minute lunch break in my driveway. Not cool when I'm away from my own contractor job where I get paid by the hour.
I explained to them the backstory how a previous plumber had pulled up a chunk of metal with his roto snake, so they knew I had metal pipes. They then proceed to dump pellets down my drain from this large jug, they laughed when I explained I had already tried Draino, saying that this stuff was ""an acid activated by warm water."" That made no sense to me, so I took a picture of the CAS #... it was Sodium Hydroxide, which is EXTREMELY caustic to metal. I got them to stop, but not after some damage was done apparently; they couldn't see anything with their scope since I now had a black sludge/slurry in my pipes.
I took out some drywall for them in the basement (understandable why they wouldn't want to make actual modifications), to reveal a very corroded run of pipe. They seemed more confident though that they could feed the roto snake through this line now that they knew the angle. I asked one of them if the snake would punch through the rusted part, his exact reply, ""sir, that would never happen, not in a million years.""
Sure enough, the line did break, and the scene looked like something out of a horror film with black slurry flooding my basement. One of them got it all over him so bad he had to use my shower. To their credit they cleaned up the mess, but they left the job completely unfinished and made a bad situation worse.

We had them out to check when our heat pump wasn't working - they came out and replaced a hose that was about an eighth inch diameter and then proceeded to tell us all of the Freon had leaked out of that small outlet. After not mentioning any other issues proceeded to refill the Freon (11 lbs. worth in a 10.6 lb. capacity unit) and charged us $735. Not even 2 months later we've replaced our heat pump due to a blown compressor. We've talked to other professionals who have said they should have known there was some other issue as these 2 things almost always go hand in hand. When I called them back to confront them about that James only wanted to argue with me and tell me it was only fair I allow them one mistake before requiring my money back on poorly done work. He interrupted my husband while he was trying to explain and basically called us stupid stating ""how do you know the work was done wrong?"" In summary, TERRIBLE TECHNICAL SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT CALL THEM! Now I have to fight for $735 dollars I shouldn't have had to pay in the first place. I do have to say the techs that actually came out were very nice to end on a positive note.

Called them at 10:30 am, and was told the tech would be at my home after 5. He actually showed up at 4:30! Same day service! He was very knowledgeable and professional. The problem was clearly explained to me, and the price was reasonable. This is my third time using them, and I'll be back! Do yourself a favor and call them for all your HVAC needs!
