Avi efficiently and effectively completed all of the work as planned plus a bonus. One item on our list was to replace the putty for an exterior water faucet. He noticed that the faucet was loose since it had not been properly secured by the builder. He used his ingenuity and craftsmanship to fashion a fix to secure the faucet. I very much appreciated the fix. As a bonus Avi did not charge extra for the fix.
