All 4 One Plumbing

On 11 July 2019,I called All 4 One because it was recommended by Angie's List. I had a problem with my toilet leaking. A nice young man came, repaired the problem, and I paid him $280.50. However, I later found out when I received a call from their office that I had paid more than the bill, I should have paid $247.50. I received a call from all 4 One Plumbing lady to let me know if it was a mistake, and I said yes. She said she would send me a refund of $33.00. I thanked her for letting me know. To date, I have not received a check as promised, I have called, sent e-mails to them, and copied Angie's List, still not a word or a check, I am writing this review to hopefully let people know that dealing with All 4 One Plumbing, DON'T DO IT! They do not keep their word, and the last time I called, the lady I spoke to was not very business like. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Crabgretch

This is another plumbing company that I would say avoid at all costs. And it will cost you a lot. I've paid them more than $2000 over the past 2 months. Today when I called them and said the problem was not only still a problem, but now there was water backing up in the dishwasher, they came right out. Since they did not properly fix the problem when they were here last time, I thought they would not charge me. WRONG. It was another $135 for 15 minutes of again fixing the same problem. I also mentioned that when they put together the dishwasher at their last visit, the locking arm somehow got """"lost"""" as it was no longer there but because I was able to use the dishwasher, I never said anything. Charlie, the plumber, told me there was no such thing and that I must be """"confused."""" As Nickie Haley recently said, """"I don't get confused."""" I told him I have a master's degree, I work full time, and I've had this dish washer at least 5 years and I know it had a locking arm. Geez. Talking to me like I'm some doddering old woman. I'm not old and I'm not doddering, whatever the hell that means.
