Needed to get my sprinklers winterized. Contacted Alkaline through text as voicemail requested. Responded within 24 hours for a quote and a day they could provide service. However advised I needed to discuss the quote with my husband and would get back to him that day or the next if that was ok. No response if that was ok. The next day I asked to be put on the schedule for the following Monday, which was the day I was told I could be put on the schedule. No response. Messaged one more time on Saturday to please confirm that I was on the schedule for Monday, still no response.

Devin was responsive, got back to us immediately, and came within a week despite the busy season. He was respectful and professional, pointing out the details of our system, diagnosed the problem and fixed our sprinkler system on the first visit. After spending hours trying to get my sprinkler system working, I decided to give them a call after getting the runaround from the other local sprinkler servicer.

Firstly, the phone experience with Devin in comparison to his local competitor was vastly different. Devin was patient, helpful and willing to listen to help diagnose the issue over the phone. His competitor was curt, rude and dismissive.

It's a couple that come out and do the work together. They're efficient and make sure that the job is done correctly (they are very thorough and troubleshoot all potential issues). They communicate very well, seem honest and trustworthy. Also, you can tell they take pride in what they do.

They saved me because it was an 80 degree week in April and I just seeded my lawn and no one else in the area was helpful at all. Try them out and stay away from the other guys!!! (I won't mention names)

Installed irrigation a system. Needed to add two additional lines, which we knew would be at our expense. Agreed to meet someone at our home certain time, certain date. Didn't show & blocked phone number. Did all lines with post hole diggers, shovel, not by machine. Ad for business said they installed lights but didn't want to do anything electrical. Contract hand written, too brief, lacking detail. Very defensive in verbal conversations. If they want to succeed they need to work on attitude and give professional service.
