I requested to have two toilets replaced and two breaks in my sprinkler PVC piping. Alkaline provided a great quote for the toilets and agreed to inspect the sprinklers for a quote. Mason and his partner impressed me by introducing themselves and removing their shoes before entering my home, showing professionalism (1st green flag). They were extremely polite throughout the process (2nd green flag) and began work promptly. The upstairs toilet was installed quickly and the old one was disposed of neatly (3rd green flag). Although there were some issues with the downstairs toilet and the price increased some, Mason kept me informed at every stage (4th green flag). Overall, I'm very satisfied with the installation and with Alkaline Plumbing. They've earned my trust as a new plumber, and I'll definitely use their services again in the future. I highly recommend them.
