I made a mistake and caused some drains to break loose under the kitchen sink. A quick makeshift solution made the sink partially usable with a good chance to leak, but i really needed it repaired right and quickly. The medium to large companies were days out at a minimum, but Colton got back to me within a couple hours and told me he'd try to work me in the next day. No guarantee he'd be free, but i wasn't working through a call center or office manager, so he and I were able to trade a few texts, and he was able to come by, fix my mistake and get everything flowing and running as best as possible. Friendly, responsive, quick, informative, masked, and no leaks afterwards. Exactly what i was looking forward.

Monday morning leak in our dining room ceiling freaked me out so I shut off the water and called Aljen Plumbing Co. They responded right away and were here in minutes as they are Carlsbad area locals. Alan & Colton promptly got to work opening the ceiling drywall and found a pinhole leak in a copper 90 elbow. Thank God is wasn't sewage! Colton soldered in a new joint and the issue was resolved in less than an hour! Fast, friendly and effective service! I'll be going with these guys again for my plumbing repair needs. Thanks guys!

Yesterday, while trying to close a toilet stop valve because my toilet was running intermittently, I used too much force and the valve handle which was frozen snapped off. Water was leaking into my bathroom through the broken valve. I had to turn off my main water valve. I had no water. I called the father and team at Aljien this morning . I was so glad that I did. I actually reached a live person not answering machine. Colton and his dad worked me into their schedule and were there by midmorning. They quickly fixed the stop valve and also replaced some parts to fix the toilet so that it no longer ran. They were fast, friendly, prompt and charged a reasonable amount. I highly recommend Aljien. Allen and his son came out day after Christmas. Super Professsional, kind, explained everything, and were very quick. Very fair pricing as well. They charged me 1/4 of what another plumber quoted me. Fixed the work of what yet another plumber did a couple years ago.

This fine company came out and replaced a kitchen sink faucet and took care of some loose pipes that were leaking under the kitchen sink. Excellent work, Very fair price and just Nice People!
